“Favorite hotel”

We had an incredible view of City Hall clock tower--request it! Room was large-ish and old-style elegant, bathroom lovely, unusual design, if a tad tight. Drinks in the grand, vaulted lobby were memorable. Everywhere, Philadelphia service with a smile and genuine warmth. "Gym" was adequate. Didn't eat there--too many good restaurants around! Broad Street and to the west of it are bustling and charming--strongly advise you to walk the neighborhood--but some blocks of Chestnut, Market, etc., to the east, before you get to the historical region, are shabby and depressing.

“A real treat.”

Our expectations were high, and the hotel exceeded them. It was a lovely, luxurious stay that we extended an extra day because we were so impressed with both the city and the hotel.

“very nice accomodations”

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for a total of eight nights. The initial room that we were given, (which was different from what had been requested), was very small and had only a queen-size bed. Although it took a bit longer than I thought it should have, we were eventually given a different room that was more in keeping with what we had reserved. After that, our stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. Other than noise from the city traffic down below, our room was very quiet, and was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future, if the opportunity arises.

“It's the Ritz!”

As with all the Ritz Carltons I've ever stayed at, The Ritz Carlton Philadelphia is an exceptional hotel. It is located in a beautiful old bank building where they have maintained certain features such as the Lobby Rotunda. The room and bath were lovely and well-appointed. The staff goes out of its way to meet any special request such as late checkout.

“Brilliant Hotel”

What can we say that has not already been said about this hotel..... AWESOME! The concierge staff were a delight and made our stay all the more enjoyable with their recommendations and help with getting tables and even on to guest lists of clubs! The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful and the management should be proud that they have the customer care side as high as the hotel facilities. We will definitely be going back.

“Philadelphia's Best Hotel”

This was our second stay at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia and again it did not disappoint. Check-in was quick and easy and our room was ready for us for eary check-in. Our original room had 2 queen beds but upon request the Ritz changed our room to a king bed instantly and without issue. The service at the Ritz is the best in the business and the Ritz in Philadelphia is no exception. We would stay here again without question!!
