Definitely loved this property.. It had everything you need and plus for the price.. Free parking and breakfast too.. Staff were very professional... Room and bathroom were clean.. Nothing to complain about... Looking forward to our next stay..

Hotel was very clean and convenient to Keswick Theater. Room was spacious. We would definately stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Staff is VERY accomadating. Helped with directions and instruction on transit in the area. Trains, subways and busses, uber/lyft. Super frie'ndly. Got a 'familly' feel and true concern and shared excitement for our event plans and tourism. GREAT value for the nighly cost to stay. It's a bit out of town. About 30-40 minutes to downtown and the sights to see, but well worth it!! Safe and clean neighorhood. A must stay and I would definitely stay again!! 5 star's all the way!

They were doing some repairs and renovations but it didn't affect our stay hopefully when the pool reopens the price doesn't go up too much. I thought it was really good value and breakfast was top notch.

MICE! Group stayed for a week in four different rooms and all of us encountered MICE both in the hallways and inside the rooms!! This place should not be allowed to stay open!

Dirty, I don’t think the sheets would change cause I found a piece of the odorant top between the sheets. The water in the bathtub didn’t go down for long time when taking a shower, and the bathtub was dirty.

The manager Mike was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant servers were extremely friendly. Loved the flax seed on the breakfast and the large assortment of items. Thanks guys for a most comfortable and quiet week!

As I was downloading the bonvoy app in my initial room, a mouse ran across shoes. All the receptionist offered was another room. I wasn’t even offered a refund of “incidentals fee”. Very poor customer service at the counter. I won’t be staying there again. Not only that while at the counter to at least get another room my girlfriend and I met an older couple that are bonvoy titanium members and they had issues getting their room. UNACCEPTABLE !

My stay was nowhere near as good as my stay was last year. Last year staff was much more nice and attentive the rooms were spotless clean housekeeping was available when needed and pool was also open. This stay was definitely my last my last stay at that location staff seem so annoyed when you asked questions i had to go to the lobby and retrieve my own towels and wash clothes my room was not so clean i had go behind and clean the bathroom myself. Also there was no indication on their website about the pool being closed indefinitely and that was my whole purpose of going and with the pool being closed my kids were very upset.

I don’t review hotels often but felt inclined to do so with this trip. The room was very dirty with used towels in room, large clump of hair in shower when I arrived, couch and floor with crumbs. All of these were noticed when I arrived to room. Breakfast also disappointing but I was most concerned with cleanliness of the room.

Thankful could aid a friend.
The stay was good. Was for a friend who needed to get away for shelter. Only drawback was time to check in due to stay of a youthful sports team. Area was quiet and peaceful which allowed solace and a moment to reassess her situation.

You get what you pay for...
The hotel needs a little TLC and new rugs inside the rooms. We found long hair in the tub and our lock stopped working. After two sets of new card keys, it was determined that the electronic locks had an out of battery. As a consequence, we were given a new room but had to wait one hour until they were able to open the old room so we could move our personal items to the new room. Mind you, this happened at 1:AM in the morning.

I stayed here for a long weekend and the king suite was extremely roomy, comfortable and the bed mattress was great. Front desk staff were so accommodating when I was checking out and left my car keys in the room. They let me go back twice to find them. I will be back to this hotel. And convenient location too.

The property was spacious and had nice rooms. The issue i had was that when i arrived. The door was hard to open and i had no teash bags in my room. The riom smelled a bit dank when i first walked in as well. I also hate how slow the elevator is. It takes forever to come.
