“Philadelphia friendliness”
Arrived for a 2 night stay on Dec 22nd 2007, so the hotel was realtively quiet as, presumably, most business visitors would have already returned home for the Christmas holiday. Receptionist was very polite, apologised for the disruption that the refurbishment in the lobby area may have, and asked our requirements.As it was, there was no disruption as no-one was working over the weekend. Room was clean and warm with a huge tv (well compared to those in English rooms!)- although, being a Brit, I should have taken (or asked) for more teabags and milk! Swimmimg pool was clean and refreshing after a long flight - and novel to think you are swimming in a pool that's positioned on about the fourth floor. Neat bar area, didn't use the dining facilities as we visited local establishments, but checking the prices they seemed on par with hotel price-ups.

What a wonderful hotel in a perfect part of town. Very convenient to the waterfront,subways and so many restaurants that it was hard to choose one. The attractions I went to see were within walking distance. Overall I loved it and will be back.

“Perfect for our family trip!”
Spent 3 days in Philadelphia & wanted to be close to everything -- the Sheraton Society Hill fit the bill. Clean, courteous and very conveniently located to historic sites, South Street & Market Street. Kids loved the pool and access to the Club Lounge (free breakfast & free evening appetizers). The rooms were quiet and we could hear nothing from adjacent rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
“Great Location”
This hotel is perfect for a long weekend of sightseeing. In the heart of Society Hill you are only a few short blocks from all of the major historical areas of Philly. The hotel itself has an old world charm with all the comforts of a modern hotel. We had a room overlooking the interior courtyard and were initially worried about noise but it was completely sound proof. The pool area was very nice and the water was warm. The staff was amazingly friendly. We checked in at 1130pm and housekeeping arrived right away to remove the down comforter and pillows that I was allergic to and bring us regular pillows. They even came back with extra blankets a few minutes later. This is a midlevel hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff and GREAT location.

“Great price...excellent location!”
My husband and I spent a night in Phily recently and were completely satisfied with this hotel. The price was excellent and the location was perfect...walking distance to everything we wanted to see or do. AND we did have valet parking at the hotel.
