Rooms feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed, which has a custom-designed, extra-thick, plush-top mattress dressed with 3 sheets, plump duvet in soothing white, and 5 goose down/feather pillows. Turndown service is available on request.
All guestrooms are equipped with wireless and high-speed Internet access (surcharge for both). Guests enjoy flat-panel TVs with premium cable channels. Other amenities include complimentary weekday newspapers, coffee/tea makers, and desks with Herman Miller ergonomic chairs. Refrigerators are available on request (surcharge). Rollaway beds (surcharge) are only allowed in king bedrooms.

“Good night sleep and nice walks nearby”
Excellent, quiet room. Very easy to get on to highway. Close to shopping areas. Fitness area and pool weer under construction but still open.
“Great hotel but horrible neighbors”
The hotel was great. Unfortunately the people across the hall were yelling and cursing starting at around 2:30AM. We called the front desk and they sent security three different times. But by the time security arrived, things were quiet.......for about 15 minutes. To make a long story short, by 3:30AM the hotel offered again to move us to another room and we agreed to pack up and move. As compensation, we were offered a free breakfast. Bottom line, this is a beautiful hotel with great staffing. We were just unfortunate enough to have some immature and probably drunk idiots as our neighbors.
“An OUTSTANDING hotel”
We recently visited Philadephia for a weekend of sightseeing. The Sheraton Downtown was a phenomenal place to stay. Expedia got us a great price and we had a spectacular view from our very comfortable room. We walked to the Basilica and to the Frankin Institute. The staff was over the top helpful and made our stay exceptionally pleasant. The fitness center was one of the best I have ever seen. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay on the 21st floor of the Sheraton Downtown.

Very surprised to find such a quality hotel in the middle of downtown for such a low cost! Great room, super friendly and helpful staff, and even a comped breakfast buffet, just because we asked!

Compared to other center city hotels for this price.... This is by far the best hotel! Better than some other pricier hotels.

Wonderful, great staff, great food, people are extremely nice and friendly, very personalized. Several alternatives to parking if you do not want to pay the hotel charge.
“Good location, Great bed!”
Staff was great. Bed was wonderful. Room was great. A bit noisy in the hall with kids running up and down at 8am.... I'm sure it's not something that happens everyday.
“Excellent overall”
The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The one glitch was that after check-in, we discovered that our room hadn't been made up yet. We returned later to find that it still wasn't made up. When we called the front desk, they immediately apologized and gave us a choice of alternative rooms. Overall, the staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs.

“Good Hotel”
Great location next to restaurants, shopping stores, and drinking bars. The front desk are usually available and happy to help you get familiar with the area. Good location for walking and cabs are always available.
