This hotel is dirty

I walked in the room and it smelled of urine, the bathroom being inches from the entry way . Bathroom was not cleaned .The rug smelled of mold ,damp and musty. Dust was everywhere. The only reson I stayed was that it was a package deal and I didn't know what could be done.I complaint to the desk every morning to clean the room but they did nothing.they were very laid back and never made eye contact as if to say yeah what ever. My wife and I budget this vacation down to the last penny, if we had more to spend we would have gone to another hotel the first night.

Comfortable but no internet

A/c was broken but luckily the rooms had there own independent a/c. Internet was unrealible u have to go up to the lobby n connect. It would not work from the room. Equipment in fitness room was broken. Otherthan that its in a good location, clean, and rooms r comfortable.

My stay was great, Hotel was just for sleeping, we were gone all day. Nice area of northeast Philly Hotel needs to be renovated.

It was a rainy day... Water was infiltrating into reception. The room was not clean (bed spread had visible stains). They refused to give additional linens because house keeping was gone. They also refused to allow me to pick them up from the front desk.

The room was clean but old and the staff was very nice but there was a communication problem because of a language barrier and our room didn't get serviced as we would have liked. And then when we did have a do not disturb on our door someone was drilling and doing repair work right outside our room and it was loud and disturbing.

It was ok, I thought the breakfast was going to be nice. Um dried up pancakes and a few different toasts to choose from. I paid extra for a breakfast that stunk..I asked for a king size bed when I had a queen booked Expedia said they would put a request through for us the hotel didn't have any info for that. The air condition was awful should have a thermostat to control units it's freezing right near he bed..

One good thing about this Ramada was the ease and quickness of check in and stay extensions. This could be an excellent hotel but needs serious renovations and improvements. Dark halls,. Cobb webs on the ceilings mold on bottom of shower curtains, terrible mattresses . Ice machine didn't work in hall but rest assured the vending machine next to it worked perfectly. The security bar for sliding door to balcony was broken.The free breakfast was nothing to rave about at all in addition I've never seen such an unhappy employee. The lady who worked the breakfast room was evil very unpleasant and needs to be trained in hospitality. 10:59 or whatever. Put it this way1 minute before breakfast is over she is beginning to tAke everything away .She didn't tell anyone to leave but you weren't getting that last cup of juice or bagel either. Maybe she was trained that way, and if she was someone from the franchisor (Wynn Organization) needs to explAin to management that making profit comes when you have happy guests who return time and time again. It could be a beautiful facility but needs an operator to invest some cash. I kept saying over what a shame to let a beautiful building go to waste.Someone please tell them to find an investor or loan to make the place more appealing. Not worth the 80,90 or 100 dollars Shame on the franchisor for allowing their name be associated with less than mediocre lodgings. With renovations and training the staff especially the breakfast lady
