“Very Family Friendly”
I was traveling with my two small children. The overall travel did not go well because flights were late causing problems with car rental and hotel reservations. Phila Courtyard Marriott were not only accomodating on short notice, but more importantly they helped me with my small children and the luggage. It was an excellent experience. I will stay there again.
“A Warm Spot in the Blizzard”
We checked in just ahead of the December blizzard. The staff was stuck in the hotel for a couple of days with us, but they were unfailingly helpful. Staff performed the tasks that were needed, not just those in their job description. Nothing was as fast as usual, but the snowfall was significantly higher than expected, the hotel was full and everyone was doing their absolute best with smiles on their faces. Desk staff had great advice for handling fllight cancellations and delays. They were also fantastic about communicating how and when we had to provide notice of extending our stay. I would - and will - use this hotel every time I travel to Philly.

“Highly Recommend”
The check-out staff was not so friendly and helpful however. We were told to be downstairs by 4:15 a.m. We checked out a little after 4 a.m., the morning staff just took our keys without any conversation. We exited the hotel and were waiting in the cold next to the shuttle. After about 5 min., we decided to wait in the warm lobby, but were surprised that the door didn't open. Then we saw the sign that said we couldn't enter the hotel without a room key. Looking in we saw the woman behind the counter and the other woman who was talking to her as they stared at us freezing outside. We had to motion to them to come and let us back in, to which the woman in front of the counter slowly sauntered to the door to let us in. We thanked her as she turned back to chat with the other woman. A few minutes later, we found out that the woman who reluctantly let us back into the hotel was our shuttle driver! Neither women told us to wait in the lobby till our driver told us to leave. That was unsettling to say the least! What should have happened was the woman behind the counter should have greeted us with a friendly smile, wished us a good morning and a nice flight. Thank us for staying at their hotel, introduce us to the shuttle driver and instruct us to wait in the warm lobby till it is time to leave. That would have been impressive or, at the very least, expected! That was the only disappointing thing.

everytime we travel we usually stay in marriott hotels because its very clean and the staff are very friendly.

The only problem was finding and refinding the hotel in the neighborhood of the airport. The roads are tricky,confusing, and easy to get on the wrong road the wrong way.

Would definitely book there again! Very convenient from airport, but didn't hear the planes.

“Very clean Rooms”
I book this hotel at last minute, and I was hoing it will just ok, but on arrival, the reps where very friendly, hotel looks clean from outside, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, its also close to a resturant and other hotels, and you can other room service even from and outside resturant, that makes your expense less. Over all the Price is on the high side, but a Great Place to stay.

Every member of the hotel staff I met were friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was a little slow, but the food was good.
