Very nice property in a good location. Enjoyed fresh bagels and coffee all around us. About 15 mins away from the sports parks, but perfect for downtown events.

Mixed Experience: Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Room Needs AttentionReview: My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives - the location couldn't be better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the room.The room felt a little outdated for the price I paid, and the carpet definitely needed a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the tub was not up to standard cleanliness, which was off-putting. While the positives of the location and staff made my stay pleasant overall, attention to detail in maintaining the rooms would greatly improve the guest experience.

Booked an upgraded City View with Jetted Tub. The tub was dirty and full of dried flower pieces. When asked to have housekeeping come clean, I was told they were gone for the evening. No other rooms available. The bed is extremely uncomfortable for a hotel of this caliber I’d expect a much better bed.

I visit Philly about twice a year and always stay at this hotel now since the service is unmatched, the hotel is beautiful and clean and the location is super safe and walkable and only 20 min walk from the train station.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff fantastic! Unfortunately we had to change our room when we returned from our event at 10 pm. When we returned the room smelled like sewage and the carpet was damp. The staff moved us immediately, but it was inconvenient and left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of the hotel.

It’s In Just The Right Location!
Palomar is perfectly situated between Rittenhouse Square and my favorite restaurants on Sansom Street. We’re local and Palomar is the right size, price and style for a quick trip into town! The lobby wine Happy Hour is a nice touch!

Bathroom was about two feet from bed and had a sliding barn style door that didn’t allow for much privacy. Thin sheet cover on bed. I prefer a substantial comforter. No robes like they have in most Kimptons. But service was good and lobby is cozy.
