“Lovely hotel”
The staff was extremely helpful and the view of the city was gorgeous. The restaurant downstairs was understaffed at breakfast and took much longer than we anticipated.
“Beautiful hotel, Beautiful views of the city and water. Quality abounds”
Check in was efficient. Service was excellent. Great room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome view of the city and river.
“great staff”
Everyone was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and kind to me during my stay. The room was great- one small problem I had with the bedding was quickly resolved.
“Philly Time”
Friendly staff. Self parking a bit of a walk but not bad. Clean room, comfy bed Easy to get to Independence Hall, Reading terminal,Broad Street. Great access to I 95 going to Wachovia Center, Franklin Mills Mall. Would stay there again.
“Great Surprise!”
We are from the Philadelphia area and we needed a safe location during Hurricane Irene and what a treat this was! We never stay at local hotels but thought this was worth a try and it was WONDERFUL! All the staff on hand was personable and went out of their way to let us know what amenities and facilities were open during the storm. The food at the hotel restaraunt was outstanding and by the second day they knew us by our first names! The room was like new, beautiful bathroom and great linens. One night there were 2 weddings and we were above the ballroom so it was just a little noisy until the festivities ended around 11pm but it was really not a deal breaker. We would go back again as this was a great "staycation!"
“very pleased”

“would definitely stay again”
The overall staff was very efficient and courteous. The concierge went out of his way (even though it was quiting time) to accomodate us with last minute dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant. Hotel restaurant was a little pricey but food was good.
