“King of Prussia (near Philly) business trip”
I liked this hotel, it has everything - kitchen with fridge and microwave and laundry facilities on the ground floor. I don't need to have my bed made every day and the bathroom cleaned - at home I don't get those services either. The price is great. Additionally this hotel is very close to the King of Prussia mall with lots of great restaurants and shops.

when I got there they was waiting, they had me checked in within 5 minutes and I was in my room relaxing, the room was very clean with everything in place.
“Very nice hotel”
Room had a full kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and dishes and glasses to use. Very nice. Only stayed one night and was very comfortable.

“great for business trips hotel”
The hotel was very clean and has large rooms with a full kitchen. It was very convenient to the Valley Forge Convention Center were we were doing a trade show. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay there again.

Our stay at the Homestead was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel was very convenient and the staff was friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend the Homestead at King of Prussia

Good room for the price. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Kitchenette was convenient. Tub stopper broken, disappointed, but overall a good budget option. Staff nice, welcoming. Will definitely stay again.
“Acceptable”
The room was adequate although sparce, especially in terms of the lack of kitchen equipment and information regarding tv channels, the are, hotel ammenities, etc. The garbage can had not been emptied although it was very promptly when we called.
