Hôtel propre, bien situé pour le shopping. Un peu loin de Philadelphie. Chambres très bruyantes du côté de l’autoroute.

Rooms did not have a safe for personal belongings
But over all excellent.

I reserved a certain room type (King bed with tub) and when we got there, they told us this option wasn't available. I questioned the price of the room, and they said it was the same as the others.
One of the two elevators was out of service, but we found the stairs and got some exercise.
The location was good for shopping at King of Prussia and my 12 y/o daughter and I felt safe. The indoor pool area was nice as well.
I sent a message and asked if they would write a note to my daughter to tell her Happy Birthday when we got there and they went above and beyond! They left her a plate of cookies and milk in the fridge.
