Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is also available as are two multi-line phones with voice mail, and up to 60 minutes of complimentary 800 calls per stay. The bathroom has a separate vanity area with mirror, hair dryer, handheld shower, and marble bath. Cribs are available.

“Great hotel experience!”
I have no complaints at all about this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, modern hotel and HUGE suites. It will absolutely be my temporary home each time I visit Philly.
“good location”
The location is very convenient! Just next to Logan Square and walking distance to Rittenhouse Square and shopping area. If you walk down to Chestnut Street or Walnut Street (5-7 minute walk), you can take route 21 to and from UPenn or historic district. Loved it.

Great Hotel, maybe the best I've stayed at. Staff was wonderful, location is perfect, I can't say enough about this place. This is where I would stay again.

“Philly downtown nice hotel”
This hotel locates in a very nice area, and room is big. Valet parking is so expensive. No free internet access (with your own computer). Other than these, overall is great.

“Great getaway 30 minutes from home”
Our stay at the Embassy Suites on the Ben Franklin Parkway was a great get away right in our own back yard. The view are spectacular and everything you can want or need is within walking distance: great restaurants, theater, museums, comedy clubs... The staff at the hotel was tops in customer service, the complimentary cooked to order breakfast is a great plus and the cocktail hour is a great way to start the night.

we loved our stay at this hotel! we usually stay at the embassy suites so we knew what to expect and they didn't dissappoint! we were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. lobby was beautiful. the room was clean and neat. the furniture was in good shape. elegant decor. it was nice to have a fridge, sink, and microwave in the room. the bathroom was nice and clean. also nice to have a balcony to enjoy the city view! the hotel is close to many attractions. we dined at the friday's inside the hotel. the continental breakfast at friday's in the morning was so much more than we expected! there was a variety of hot and cold selections (eggs, bacon, french toast, pancakes, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc.). the only complaint is that the parking was expensive and we had to pay an extra $7 tax on top of that! we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to others!!
