“treated well”
i needed an early check in and they were more than accommodating. in fact, they were so nice to me over the phone that i canceled reservations i had in a nearby hotel to stay at the westin instead. the staff was very very pleasant, the room warm and clean. what more could i ask for?

“Great Hotel in a great central location”
There were 4 adults staying in one room with two queen size beds the room was adequate for our needs. The front of house staff very helpful on our arrival and during our stay, room kept clean thoughout. Central location ideal for our trip.
“A Very good choice.”
The hotel is located right in the middle of the "action". The historical district is easily walkable for the hotel. It offers a nice variety of eating opportunities. The staff was very helpful. This was our first stay in Philadelphia. and we left with a smile. Oh. yes, parking is right next door.
“Perfect for what we needed”
We only stayed one night in this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The customer service was fantastic and we even got a free movie. We arrived before our check in time and were able to leave our belongings with the bell man with no hassle. The room was clean, spacious, nothing fancy, just the necessities. Great location as well. if ever I return to Philly, I'd stay there again.
“Great value and convenient location”
Our room was very quiet despite the great view of the street and surrounding buildings. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel.

“Perfect Size Room for the city”
I was expecting a much smaller room for a downtown location, coming from New York. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was large and comfortable enough for all 4 of us, however the view could have used some improvement. The hotel security was great, needing a key to use the elevators.
“Great Experience”
Stayed for a weekend, just to visit the city and see some of the bigger attractions. Ended up wanting to stay longer because the room was so nice and really comfortable! Wish we had more time to just relax. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, and the building is a convenient walking distance to mostly everything. (Be prepared for actual city block walking though, things are convenient but still can put in a few miles. The buses looked pretty abundant though and there seem to be a lot of bus/trolley tours if that suits better.) We booked one of the "club level" rooms, don't really know what that means still but it was on a higher floor and was well-kept. Yes, as others have mentioned the bathrooms are very tiny, you have to go in and around the door to close it, but who wants to spend time in the bathroom on a trip anyway? The sink was outside of it so that helped. The only things that took away from the experience a bit were: wait time for your car for valet (it's the only parking option at the hotel. It was fine, but we left the car there before check-in so we could sight-see, and when we went back and wanted to get our bags, they said the wait could be up to an hour. We just wanted the bags from the car, not even the vehicle itself. but they have to bring it around anyway. So beware if you leave something essential in your car). Also, couldn't reach room service to order dessert, so got it at the place downstairs, and it was awful. Oh well. Otherwise everything was great!
“Hard to beat”
You never know what you're going to get when you shop for prices, but this is a top notch facility in the heart of the action. Great room and the staff was very helpful with directions, maps, tours and getting us a car. Nothing but good to say about the place and Philly in general.
