Booked for location relative to all excursions, breakfast and pool. Pool delivered. Hot tub was out of service half the time but a nice surprise. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms sufficient for purpose but obviously worn out. Bedding clean. Good value if bargain hunting.

I stood here for 2 days. The min i entered the room 121, it stunk. Smell never gone away. I also reported the sick in restroom and tub was clogged. I was told maintenance will be in the next morning. Maintenance never showed. We called again and they stated again, maintenance will be in. Never showed again.

I rented 2 rooms in this hotel specifically, because it had an indoor pool. I was disappointed that the pool closed at 9 PM, which I feel is very early. There were only a couple of towels...not enough for me and 3 kids... and the pool does not go past three foot six inches...

The water was cold so i was not able to bath my son. It's winter so washing him in cold water and taking him outside was not happening. We went swimming and i had to bring him home to wash the chlorine off of him. As a customer i look forward to a good hot shower & bath on my stays which i did not get.

The bathroom sink did not have hot water. The ports on the lamp did not work to charge your phone and the keys consistently did not work to get in the room. I saw other guests struggling with the same key issue
