“Fantastic!”

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location with views towards Perugia and Assisi. The rooms were first class and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The pool was quiet and clean with great views and a strict rules about respectful behaviour. It exceeded our expectatioins and was very good value. Definitely a hotel we will return to one day and recommend to others.

“Excellent base for touring central Italy by car”

Wonderful well designed spacious hilltop country retreat complete with spa and magnificent views over Perugia, Asisi and the surrounding vinyards and olive groves. Car (ideally with GPS) is essential for access. We stayed in a quiet period just before Christmas in the snow and ice but the hotel and welcome was warm and friendly. Our room looked out over the twinkling lights of Perugia, 5km away. The room was tastefully decorated in a modern style that reflected the rustic history of this area. The breakfast buffet was truly a feast fit for a King. One of the best we have ever seen in many, many years of travelling. Even though the hotel was quiet due to the off season there seemed to enough food for 100 people! If you are touring by car around Italy, this is a wonderful stop in between Rome and Siena/Florence and is well worth the detour off the main roads.
