“Great hotel, pleasant surprise!”

Very nice hotel! My wife and 2 kids and I found this hotel to be a real treat. The room was clean and well kept. They even had towel-warming racks! That was a nice touch. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent. Definitely a very strong 4-star hotel. I would highly recommend it

“Hotel great, but location, location, location...”

The Hotel Perusia's big negative is it's location. It's out of the way, and a 10 minute walk, at best, to the main area. While I don't mind the exercise, if you're doing it a couple of times a day,it can be time-consuming. Our room, a triple, was very large and clean. The hotel rooftop, with pool and terrace, gives AMAZING views of the town. There is a complimentry welcome drink, which was nice, and breakfast was one of the better we'd had. The hotel staff were Ok, when spoken to, but didn't go out of their way. They in fact gave us some mis-information about getting to the Chocolate Factory, which cost us some extra time and $. When calling us a cab, with our numerous pieces of luggage which they stored for us, they didn't specify a large cab, and the driver was mad at us for not getting a bigger vehicle. In all, the hotel was great and I would return again.
