“Would stay here again.”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful, the room spacious, clean and attractive, bathroom just right, etc. The only item that could be improved would would be larger tables in the restaurant, and a couple more waiters or possibly kitchen help to assist in the meal delivery ... The food was well prepared, regardless of the delivery. We had a very nice stay.

I booked the Somerset due to the proximity to the start of the City to Surf Marathon. I would liike to compliment the hotel staff on their courteous service, however!! why do all hotels have to make it so difficult for a customer to arrange a late check-out.
“Good hotel value but no restaurant for dinner”
The hotel is a good value in a great location however they've closed their restaurant for dinner (it is open for breakfast) so for evening meals it's a little difficult and there aren't many options. They offer many menus for take-away service, but I haven't really eaten any good dinners this way.

“A few things to beware of!”
Beware that if you are traveling on business or require access to internet, it costs $99 AUD for 7 days! The showers were also quite dirt but otherwise decent hotel...great location in heart of Perth's CBD.

Over rated and overpriced. False advertising. I expected a studio deluxe to have a kitchenette with basic cutlery. No shampoo and the liquid soap was placed too high. Not everyone visiting the hotel are tall.
“Poor”
Wasnt what was expected, was charged more then other guests staying at the hotel as well as different check out times, room was nothing like photos on the internet! There was also no parking available.
“What a dump!!!”
We arrived at our room and the 1st thing we noticed was the TV, it was old and small not to mention the remote didnit even work. The air con remote wires were hanging out. The hotel only has 10 parking spots for the whole hotel and if you dont manage to get one, you have to park at the convention centre and pay $44 per 24hrs. Oh and there is no room service on Weekends!!!!! This property is a dump!!!!
