“Ideal location”
This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Perth and close to all amenities. For the price we paid it was a bargain. A comfortable room ideal for a short stay.

generally this hotel offers good value.easy to find and you are well looked after.food is excellent.the view from the top units is just great.
“Good place to stay”
Enjoyed my stay at this good hotel. Liked the facilities in the room that enabled you to cook a meal if you wanted to. Room was comfortable and food was availabe in the lobby through vending machines around the clock. Also convenience store situated around 100 metres away until 11 pm. Bar staff and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“Central Location”
Hotel very nice, clean and good service. We thaught the cost was a little high for a single bed appartment for 2 over three nights but cost is a sign of the times especially giving the city centre location.

we were very satisfied with the hotel..the restaurant meals were excellent...and the staff could not have been more helpful...we would certainly stay at this hotel again and found it very good value for money.
“Good Hotel”
Although the exterior of the hotel is not impressive, the interior is clean, neat, and reasonably up-to-date. The staff at the front desk were polite and responsive. On the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby, is a dining room that serves good quality breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, you have a choice between a full bacon 'n eggs and pancakes type breakfast or a lighter continental style meal. The dinner menu contains choices ranging from salads to pastas to steaks and seafood. My room and bathroom were clean and neat, and did not have that "icky" feel that some inexpensive, worn-out hotels have. The decor, while not 5-star, made me feel at home. The bed was omfortable. It even included a small and very clean kitchenette. There are also well-maintained laundry rooms with coin operated machines on various floors. The hotel is located in a office building type neighborhood so it's quiet at night, but it's within a 10-minute walk of the central business district with its cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel is also adjacent to the Swan River and a short walk from the Barrack Street ferry terminal. From there I was able to easily book a day-trip to Rottnest Island. If you want to take a side-trip someplace but don't want to drag all your luggage with you, the hotel has a locked luggage storage room where guests can leave their belongings.
“Well Equipped and Very Clean”
Check in at the hotel was very quick and the reception staff were extremely helpful, not only with me but with other guests. My room was a refurbished twin studio on the 7th floor. I was only staying 1 night, but it seemed to have pretty much everything needed except a hair dryer which reception were able to provide me with free of charge. The hotel room was very clean, especially the bathroom which is very important to me and the shower had great pressure and was lovely and hot. This was a bonus considering i was so cold having come from Thailand. I found out whilst talking to another guest that the air con unit also doubled up as a heater, it took several minutes to kick in but i was very grateful for it. As i arrived quite late in the afternoon and it was a last minute trip i was not aware of the surrounding area and so ate at the hotel. This was the only disappointing aspect as the pasta was very dry and bland and the garlic bread was more like doughy fried bread without garlic. However i did here others comment on how good the food wsa so maybe i was just unfortunate. I discovered the next morning that there are several bars and restaurants (irish bar, Indian restaurant, Cambodian etc) within 5-10 minutes walk of the hotel. All in all i would reccommend this hotel to others especially if they get a refurbised room. From what i gather they were renovating the 6th floor at the time so presume they are working through the floors.
“For Australia - being in downtown Perth - acceptable for the price (don't compare with U.S.)”
This hotel was fine for the price of hotels in Australia. It was very basic but clean. There was a TV, coffee/tea facility - a Motel 6-type facility but clean and served its function. We had lived in Australia for 3 years so knew what to expect. If you are used to more of a Holiday Inn or higher quality you would probably want to book elsewhere. We were there just to sleep and shower in a clean atmosphere. As equivalent hotels are generally more expensive in Australia (at present) than in the U.S., we were totally satisfied with this and did not want to pay more money to sleep and shower.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit, that was clean and comfortable, the hotel has parking underneath, which is on a first come basis (limited number of spaces). It is a really good location for anybody wishing to park and walk around the city centre.
