“Ascot”

The hotel has easy access to airport that is the only reason I booked it, the bed very hard no aircon in bedroom it was very hot, the aircon in the lounge was a pain as it is right in front of you when you watch TV and it got to cold so one extreme to another.

“not what we had requested”

hotel is convenient from the airport surroundings not very nice no one was at the reception desk anymore when we arrived (not very late though)
