“Fantastic quality, great value”

We booked this hotel specifically because we were going to a concert in Northbridge and it was nearby. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the cheap price we paid. The room was modern and immaculate. Great location . Service was great. Would definitely recommend to others.

“Vibrant district in Perth”

Great position & helpful staff.; The hotel itself is a bit dated but very comfortable.

“Good value hotel”

Easy helpful staff, good free continental breakfast with a full breakfast for only $11 more. Good location despite it being in a side street, easy walk to the station and entertainment district, right in the middle of China Town if that's your thing. The only problem would be the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on i the adjoining rooms and hallways.

“Overall Satisfied”

We only stayed the one night and didnt use any of the Hotel services apart from the bufet breakfast. Very very good with a good selection for teh weight concious and those who like their food. The room was clean and although an internal room, the "fake window" with a picture made the room feel like an exterior one. The bed was a bit soft for our liking and softer than most hotels we have stayed in, so the aches in the morning were not appreciated. Overall the stay was plesant and the breakfast great for the cost.

“See you again”

Apart from a few maintenance issues our room was lovely. Convenient location. Dissapointed to discover our "Buffet breakfast" interprets as Continental only at the Motel and not cooked but over all I would return.

“Great apart from no window in the room”

The hotel is only a few years old and is very convenient for Northbridge with lots of restaurants nearby. The main issue was that the room backs onto the next corridor of rooms so that there is no window at all which makes the room dark and unpleasant to be in duirng the day,

“Disappointed with "Buffet Breakfast"”

2nd stay within 10 day period on way home from Bali. This time, larger room, NO Window, No extra Pillows (only 2) No Hairdryer. My voucher said Buffet Breakfast, but was told no ONLY Continental Buffet Breakfast not Full Buffet Breakfast. Asked to check with managment, but no budge. If you going to offer Cont. breakfast as the standard then want another $11 per head to upgrade, dont advertise that it includes Buffet Breakfast. It should read cont. breakfast included. This was my biggest gripe. Also large function on downstairs, we were on 1st floor near the stores, and it was pretty dam noises until all hours. Needs better soundproofing in rooms.

“Sleepless in Perth”

This hotel could be a good one if they soundproofed the walls between rooms. I could quite clearly hear a conversation conducted in normal tones in the next room. If you want a publicly audible sex life, this is the hotel for you. If you want to sleep, go elsewhere. They do not have a parking space for each room so there may be problems if the hotel is full. Room safes don't work, TV's are small, badly tuned and with minimal channels. Internet is extremely expensive even with the daily rate cap. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. The staff were as helpful as they could be under trying circumstances but the hotel is doing everything on the cheap. The staff deserve better from the owners.

“Won't be going back”

1)Arrived early from overnight flight. Room available at 10am - good start. 2)Never stayed in a room without a single window before! More like a box. 3)Virtually no drawer space - just a bit of hanging. 4)Decided to eat in the dining room first night. My wife's meal had to be sent back as it was barely lukewarm. It came back hot enough but turned out (lambshanks) to have a miserly amount of meat on it compared to what we get here.We ate elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. 5)One morning I needed an early start and breakfast was advertised from 6.30am. So I arrived at 6.30am (along with several other residents) and they were not ready. Several items were not out and took some time to arrive. A problem with the electricity meant they had to use candles to keep the cooked food warm and the toaster couldn't be used as it had no facility to run on candles! 6)Too many of the staff in the restaurant had an inadequate command of English making communication quite difficult. 7)The hotel was in easy walking distance of the centre of Perth if you can put up with all the rest.
