“tres calme et belle piscine”

tres bonne prestation et excellent rapport qualité prix. résidence toute neuve. seul bémol : table trop grande et non-pliable, donc impossible de faire le tour du lit

“Basic but comfortable apartment complex”

This complex is a short drive out of Perybere - and a car is a neccessity to get around. The apartments are well looked after - although the expected internet access was not available - and perfectly clean and comfortable but I would suggest asking for one with a view of the pool. The apartments are completely self catering - aside from towels and basic kitchen items there is nothing provided at all - no tea or coffee facilities on arrival for example, but the supermarket in Grand Baie is easy to find. Breakfast if you order it is brought to the apartment, and is very nice. The beach opposite the apartments is not great - if you want a beach holiday, or imagine Mauritius as glamourous, then stay in a hotel - this is really only a good base for those who want to get out and about and sightsee/eat in different restaurants.

“Good location, nice pool, although soft furnishings a little dated”

Not the luxury accommodation expected but overall fine. Limited crockery and kitchen utensils, we had to ask for a number of items (saucepan, glasses, t-towels and others)which should have have been provided. Soft furnishings need up dating. We found a car an asset. Beach across the road is super, plenty of good eating places in Grand Bay nothing within walking distance of Cape Garden.

“Bien pour des familles”

C'est une résidence où les duplex sont 1 véritable maison avec terrasse (3 salles de bain, 3 chambres)mais l'insonorisation laisse à désirer si vous avez quelqu'un au dessus en appartement ou studio!!Ce qui est probablement le cas surtout en pleine saison. La piscine n'est pas faite pour pouvoir nager car les endroits +profonds sont regroupés aux 2 extremités (le reste est idéal pour des jeunes enfants car l'eau est au niveau des jambes d'un adulte.Le petit dej (tb avec beaucoup de fruits)est apporté à l'heure souhaitée directement au duplex car il n'y pas de service accueil, ni restaurant sur l'espace de la résidence. Cet hôtel convient à une famille avec 2/3/4 enfants pour un rapport qualité prix moins cher qu'en hôtel luxueux (qui poussent partout!), mais il faut prévoir 1 voiture (ce que nous avions) ou prendre le bus pour aller aux différentes plages proches car la plage de Bain Boeuf située de l'autre côté de la route de la résidence n'est pas idéale pour se baigner (bateaux, rochers). Il y a pas mal de restaurants à Grand Baie non loin de la résidence mais il faut toujours prendre un véhicule bus ou voiture (savoir conduire à gauche!)Pour les amoureux ou couple sans enfant, un hôtel avec formule all inclusive conviendrait mieux à mon avis.
