“Clean and Comfortable”

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only part we didn't like was that there is no swimming pool. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

La situation de l'hôtel est excentrée mais facile d'accès. L'accueil est agréable et le personnel bien que réservé est sympathique et professionnel. Quant à l'entretien et la propreté des parties communes et des chambres, c'était parfait.

“Needs to Improve WiFi”

This hotel was very comfortable and affordable. The affordability was a major concern, but lately I have come to rely on hotels gaving high-speed internet access as my first priority and this hotel has got that which was great. But the line kept dropping. With normal internet usage that is not a problem, but I was participating in Live Meetings and the constant drops made the meetings impossible to stay in. I was very disappointed in this and as a result, I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers in need of constant quality internet access.

“Good Value, Good Overnight Stay”

Exactly as I expected. Non-smoking room, two queen beds, etc. Sheets were clean, towel were fresh, room clean, radio/TV worked, AC worked, hassle-free check-in/out, breakfast, etc. Everything was I expected it to be and the hotel met my needs for a good, clean, place to rest and sleep for the night.

“Overall, very nice”

There was nothing wrong with the room, and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable also. I really don't know about the hotel service because I didn't use it for anything. I would recommend this hotel, plus it was right around the corner from a mall (great for me!)

“pleasantly surprised”

i have never stayed at a Super8 hotel because i always thought it lacked alot in every aspect of a hotel but this one really suprised me. the room was spacious and clean. it included a fridge & microwave, which some more expensive hotels dont even have. they offered breakfast and it wasnt just bagels and cereals, there was more there than i expected. the only downfall, i would say, was it didnt have a pool but besides that the hotel was a great last minute option, since almost every hotel in the city didnt have anythng avai.!

“Decent place to spend the night”

Its a decent place to spend the night. 1 advantage is that a 24-hr Dennys-like restaurant "Perkins" is located right opposite the hotel. One minor glitch was that theres no restroom in the hallway or the check in area. Weird but I needed to really really go but had to wait until I got to my room. Parking is plenty. Service was NOT friendly. They barely spoke when asked something...forget about smiling or being courteous... If you are checking in at 10pm and checking out at 8am then its a good place. Many motels nearby ...so if you get pissed to the extent you need to check out ...you got options elsewhere...

“Cheap room, you get what you pay for”

The check in girl at night was very pleasant and helpful. But the desk woman the next morning had a bad attitude. I came to the lobby in bare feet to get breakfast. Rather than quietly explaining that it was against the rules, she snapped at me in a very unpleasant fashion. The beds did leave me with a back ache (my spouse too) so maybe she had slept there herself the night before and that was the cause of her less than sterling demeanor.

“Staff NOT Friendly!”

The staff is not very friendly! The hotel itself was adequate, but the staff ruined the stay.
