Special Check-In Instructions

Guests must check in at the ResortQuest Perdido Key Office, located at 14112 Perdido Key Dive, Perdido Key, Fl. 32507. Check-in must be completed prior to going to the rental property.
Check-in: 3 PM–5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive outside front desk hours must use the after-hours lobby phone to receive the lock-box code. Guests must return to the office the next day by noon to complete check-in.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

“Heaven on Earth”

Our accomodations were exceptional in every way, very nice, but not extravagant or overdone. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated in a beach theme. There was a lovely breeze from the ocean blowing into our room. You can hear the waves while you sleep. We didn't even use the air conditioning. There was a nicely appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer and internet access. If you are looking for peaceful relaxation in a beautiful spot, you will like this resort. The people in the area are very friendly also. The beach is the highlight-beautiful white soft sand at your doorstep. I will return here.

“The best family vacation we've had in a long time.”

We were extremely pleased with the condo. We stayed at the Palacio which I am assuming is one of the Windemeres. The only thing I was upset about was no where on my reservation did it say "Palacio" so when we first arrived we went to "Windemere" and were told we had the wrong condo. But it was quickly cleared up and we were very happy with Palacio. We had a wonderful time can't wait to go back. Will definitely stay there again.

“Rooms with a view.”

Apartment with full kitchen nice to have a pot of coffee and sit on the deck All apartments have a balcony over looking the gulf. Saw dolphins swim by each day. Sounds of waves pretty cool. Nice pool and hot tub area. Enjoyed the place.

“Nice quiet honeymoon getaway”

This place was fantastic. The staff (when they were around) were very helpful and kind. We did not have a patio table on our deck and asked the front desk about it. They could not find one so they brought up the folding tavle from their break room for us. The views are priceless! The beach service was nice. We were always guaranteed chairs and an unbrella. Even when we went upstairs for lunch and came back down, we had chairs. Dolphins came into shore a couple of times. The resort was quiet and very very comfortable.

“Best vacation in ten years”

The sound of the waves and the luxury of the accommodations was all that was needed to make our trip relaxing and enjoyable. Everything we wanted was right there in one property. We are making plans to return next year.

“Great Place & Great Price!”

This condo was beautiful! It was everything it promised online and more! I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, and it has all the conveniences of a home away from home. It had a wonderful view from the balcony! I will stay here again for sure!!!
