I think for a Victorian-era B&B, it was just fine. Lots of decor signaling the era although some dust throughout. Barbee was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfasts were very well-prepared.

It’s a beautiful home, nice people. There was a mix up of names and I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone for a few hours at check in. It was my first time at a B&B so it was a little stressful. I think I would try it again though.

Check in easy. Room clean and bed comfortable. Soft drinks, water, tea, coffee available included. Breakfast at B&B didn’t happen. No staff there.

F when we arrived the inn keeper greeted us like family. She walked us around the B&B and showed us the different areas of the beautiful home. She walked us up the beautiful staircase to our bedroom. The house was simply amazing. This was our first stay at a B&B. It won’t be our last.

The Pensacola Victorian Bed and Breakfast was extremely cozy, and relaxing. Barbee made us feel welcome throughout our stay. And breakfast was both visually appetizing and delicious. Would have loved to tour every room/corner of that old Victorian house.

The Pensacola Victorian Bed and Breakfast is an amazing step back in time. The whole home, and the owner Barbie, make you feel as if you have been transported back in time to the early 1900's. I will definitely make this my vacation destination when visiting Pensacola!

When they say make yourself at home they mean it and you feel it … the rest of the house guests were awesome as well… the bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious…very close to restaurants and ocean… there are so many things to look at …. Such a fun experience ! Thank you !

Exquisite house - it was like going back in time! Barbee is a delightful host with advice on the locality, and conversant on many topics both national and international. Lovely experience, recommend highly.

This bed and breakfast was very cute it it was uncomfortable not having a private bathroom. The home could use some maintenance (locks were all old and tricky) but it was a cute spot.

An oldie but a goodie!
We came in a few hours later than the normal check in time. Even so, we were able to find parking near the front of the property. We were left an envelope with very clear instructions on our room keys, bathroom access, etc. They even adked what time breakfast would work best for us to make it fresh! It was lovely meeting Maxwell and getting to chat with him was so pleasant and friendly. Plus, Barbees cake samples were DIVINE. I wish we had more time to get some from the local bakery it is sold at. We felt very welcome overall and its highly likely if we ever pass through Florida again, we will definitely come back.

A lovely place to stay, the house is beautiful, the room we stayed in was spacious and had a sofa and chair as well. The period features are lovely. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The host couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant, we would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area.

I liked it a lot. They have four rooms. Three have private baths attached to the rooms one does not. We had the one that did not. My wife was not as happy as I was because we had a smaller room and had to walk across the hallway to go to the bathroom. I did not care. Barbie is friendly and all the people there were friendly and we were only two or three blocks from downtown. Very Walkable.

A beautifully restored Victorian residence converted to a BNB. Close to many businesses and restaurants in Pensacola's downtown district. Inexpensive and cozy. Will definitely stay again

All things Victorian and yesteryear. Absolutely gorgeous! Perfectly located downtown. Porch swing. Homemade breakfast. Only negative is the Victorian room’s bathroom is across the hall from the room.

Lovely time!
This is a great place to stay if traveling alone or as a couple. I stayed one night with my sister, and we had a lovely time. The B&B is charming, and the service fabulous. The homemade biscuits we had at breakfast were the BEST I have ever had in my life!

Just lovely
Barbie was so friendly. The b&b was so gorgeous. Definitely Victorian style. The included breakfast was definitely not continental. The whole stay was just so lovely. 10/10. Will return for sure!
