“5 star Hotel treatment from the Staff”
The location for the hotel was excellent, easy to get to and a good central starting point to see the city. As soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted by the Hotel manager and her staff. They were super friendly and attended to our every need. When I asked for a recommendation for a seafood dinner where we could see the water, the manager pulled out her personal file and not only gave me a printed card with directions but informed me of her favorite food item on the menu. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. The free breakfast had a good variety with plenty to eat for all. We would surely stay there again when we go back to Pensacola.

“Just right”
We stayed for a couple of days, the room was nice and spacey, clean, and the breakfast had everything we needed to start the day. Also, creamer with the coffee, I really liked that. We would definitely stay there again!
“Good place to stay for a business trip”
Hotel is clean and the staff very attentive. Great place for the price.
“Great Stay in the Panhandle”
The hotel was clean, new, and nice. Room was great--real shampoo in bathroom not that no name brand stuff. Price was a bit much considering there were other hotels just as nice and bigger in the neighborhood with cheaper rates. Breakfast was better then expected. Most places put out stale donuts and unripe fruit, but this place has microwavable breakfast sandwhiches, a self make waffle machine with batter dispenser, and best of all you can take everything to go. Pool was indoors, clean and well kept. Towels were on short supply though. This was a mini version of any of there other upper mid-level priced hotels. I would stay again.
“Good Value for Your Money”
The hotel is located in a good place, the breakfast offered a lot of choices and the room was clean. The bed was not the most comfortable but that could just be because I prefer a firmer bed. The wireless internet worked fine and the tv worked fine. I did not use the pool. I travel to Pensacola a few times a year and I will stay in this hotel again.
“great location”
The hotel was very easy to get to!! For my first time into the city I got around very well. Wow.I am or "may" change my winter getta-way to Pensacola. But...no work out room!!! I had to go 3miles off the grounds of the hotel...that was an turn-off. oh yel,the hotel was in walking distance of eating places,mall,local sports bar(winkwink).After an 500miles drive,alone,I wanted to get that work-out on!!!!!! I will return. Quite an lovely breakfast too. Thanks.
“Great Stay”
Th staff was very friendly and wanted to meet our needs or to help make our stay comfortable. Maria was particularly helpful. The room was clean and adequate, there were choices of pilows for firmness. The breakfast selection was adequate. The location to the interstate was close but not noisy. There were many restaurant choices nearby and even within walking distance. The drive from the airport to the hotel was very easy. The overall driving experience in Pensacola was not difficult.

“Sufficient enough”
The hotel was fine for a place to sleep. The room was a little small, but for 2 people it was sufficient. There wasn't a fridge in the room which would have been a nice addition to have if staying several days. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it helped drown out the road noise. Not a big hotel with many rooms, but comfortable. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not that good, but the coffee and juice was fine.
