“Impressed with the hotel”

“Non-Smoking”

Unlike other hotels, Non-Smoking room had no smell of smoke in any of the material in the room and that's including the towels. Very satisfied.

“Good for a one nighter”

The room was big and the staff was very nice. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off and the chair in the room was really gross!

“Better than reviews stated”

Hotel is much better than the reviews I read. This is a beach town, so if you go during the summer it will be packed, and the service swill suffer like all beach towns. Staff was proffesional, and responded to any issues I had promptly. This is an older Hotel, but is in good shape for its age, well worth the money.

“Pensacola House Signing”

Casey and the other desk staff were very gracious and willing to help with any problems or situations that came up. When I needed to get an additional room during my stay I was quickly assigned a new room which was very comfortable and clean.

“Affordable with great customer service”

We were in town for a funeral and we needed a hotel in a pinch. We couldn't really afford to stay for a while and weren't sure if we could go at all, but we stumbled across this hotel and it was very affordable. Just what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and the people at the front desk were very helpful when we wanted to book an extra night we weren't planning on.
