Great hotel for those on a budget.Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: Free Wi-Fi-----happy kids! TV, fridge and a microwave. Clean linen and towels whenever you wanted; including pool towels.
Location: Restaurant musts....Crabs.Peg Leg Petes. Flounders. Fort Pickens; the whole package...fort, museum, visitors centre and the beaches. Chase n Fins.
Excellent location, Days Inn is ideally located for all amenities; beach, restaurants, bars. 2 very nice pools, very helpful staff and a great breakfast. The price of this hotel is superb if you're on a budget but want that 'on the beach' experience. We couldn't believe what we were experiencing for the money we paid---Superb!

View of the beachPosted 15-Aug-2014
We stayed at a great Days Inn in Panama City Beach, this one in Pensacola Beach wasn't as nice. The staff was great and caring, but our room wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast was good and the beach access was awesome. I'd stay again tho. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality!

ONLY positive thing to say is location.Posted 9-Aug-2014
Cons: A good coat of paint and a new mattress would be a big improvement.
The room initially looked OK but on closer examination there was hair in the tub and sink from previous occupant. The sheets were very dingy and the mattress was as bad as any I have ever seen in a hotel. It was not dirty just completely worn out. The ceiling in the bathroom was in terrible condition with spots of mold and places that looked as if it were ready to fall through. The baseboard in the bathroom was filthy.

Beach DaysPosted 9-Aug-2014
Staff was great, room was ok, old needs to be updated, not enough towels in the room when we arrived. The door between rooms on our side would not lock, leaving you exposed to who ever wasin the next room, they could have entered my room at any time, I had to block it off with a chair. Close to the beach, walking distance and that was great the wife and grand kids loved the beach and water, 2 pools both clean and fun

Good price for beach front hotelPosted 7-Aug-2014
Clean and moderately comfortable in a great location. Noisy A/C and lumpy beds. Fairly quiet. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Great Staff/ Property NEEDS HELP!!!Posted 6-Aug-2014
Pros: The friendly staff, and the breakfast (waffles where great). Oh, and the fact that it is on the beach.
Cons: Cleanliness, I understand that the hotel is on the beach and the humidity is understandable. However, there is no reason for mold in the bathroom!
Location: There are a ton of restaurants (very pricey) to choose from. Stores, and fun aquatic charters to go on.
I was a little skeptical reading the other reviews but thought I's give it a chance. Well, the room was horrible, the floor was dirty, the restroom looked as though it was never cleaned. The floor was so nasty, there was mold around the shower (black mold) and the towels where very old and worn. The bedspread had tears in it. The bed felt wet and I was afraid to lay down. The mini fridge door was rusty. The only thing is that the staff was friendly upon check in and check out. We actually left a day early because we did not want to spend another night there. It is cheaper than the other hotels on the beach but paying the extra money is well worth it. NEVER AGAIN! This was the worst hotel we have ever seen!

A Days Inn on the beachPosted 6-Aug-2014
Had a long weekend stay at this location. The room was spacious, breakfast is good, and it's only about 100 yards to where we set up our umbrella on the beach. Really our only issue was the maid service. Our room wasn't cleaned our entire stay of 3 days. We're pretty sure they came by around 9:00 and never bothered to check and see if we were out of their way at a later time. Overall, it was worth it because it was cheap and we stayed on the beach virtually all day anyway.
