Mardi Gras Parade on Pensacola BeachPosted 5-Mar-2014
Location: perfect for the parade, plenty of food locations nearby, arcade in walking distance, pool and most IMPORTANT ... Gulf Of Mexico
Parking was tricky but the staff worked hard to accommodate the guests. The parade was great and the room gave us perfect location for enjoying the parade. Everything was kid friendly and everyone enjoyed breakfast in the lobby before we headed out for Gulf Shores, AL. the next morning

Ok hotel near the beachPosted 17-Feb-2014
Registration was great, pleasant staff, and quick getting us into our room. We were on the second floor and had a nice view of the beach. The problem is the beach was covered in debris, rocks, concrete etc. We have lived on the Gulf Coast all our lives and this was not the view we are accustomed too. The room was not very clean, dust everywhere and stains on the carpet. VERY little to NO hot water. Complaints did not remedy the situation. For the price the hotel was just ok .. it would have been better at the $50 a night, especially off season.

Nice hotel on the beach w/some improvements neededPosted 30-Nov-2013
Cons: See above.
Bed was dipped and uncomfortable. One pack of complimentary coffee was empty. Someone had used it and placed the bag back on the counter. The dehumidifier (or whatever the freestanding equipment was) was very noisy. I had no clue one would be in the room. Second day the complimentary shampoo and conditioner wasn't replenished. The television should be on a stand/elevated higher. The tv screen can't been seen when laying in bed even propped up with one pillow. The staff was VERY friendly and had a great personality. Convenience to the beach is a huge plus. Thank you.

not bad cheap place on the beachPosted 8-Nov-2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was a little rundown, but it has an awesome location. It was right off the beach and wasn't far from the main food locations on Pensacola beach. It needs new furnishings, but made up for it with the location.

Dirty!Posted 22-Oct-2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom floor was caked with dirt and grime. Nasty! Staff were personable but the guy who checked us in had no clue what he was doing. Unreasonably long check in time. The only helpful person there was Felicia who was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and offered good suggestions for entertainment, night life, and cab services. If not for her I would have rated the whole place a complete flop. WAY too expensive for the quality of the place. I felt completely scammed on how much I spent.

Dated, but finePosted 30-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed over night. The room was decent, but it could have used some maintenance. They seemed to keep the room very clean. There was a continental breakfast laid out with two waffle makers. The food was fine, but the space was cramped. For what you're paying, and the fact that you're right on the beach, it's a decent place.

Stay here.Posted 18-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here a week last year and came back again for a week again this year. Not a luxury hotel, but why do you need that? All your time is spent on the beach or doing tourist things anyway. Free breakfast, rooms on the beach, fridge, microwave... Perfectly happy.
