The property was perfect for our spring break baseball team. They were very accommodating to all our players and families. Great location, gorgeous beach, fun pool and several restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing unique Good breakfast No night life No safe in the room for our values Towel for 3 instead of 5. I have to asked twice to get more towels. Very uncomfortable mattress sofa bed springs sticking out. Lobby on first floor, anyone can go from the parking to the rooms. Not safe. Entrance to hotel hidden.

Nice gulf view and hotel is very clean. Staff are also very polite and courteous. If I need to go to Pensacola again, I will again chose this same hotel.

Beautiful property, easy parking. Only 2 complaints. Elevator took forever and pool wasn’t warm enough for the season. But other than that it was great! Staff was amazing, clean room, and convenient!

We have always stayed elsewhere at Pensacola Beach, but decided to give this a try. Absolutely loved it! Very clean rooms, extremely nice staff and in a great location! My kids loved the heated lazy River too! The complimentary breakfast was good, but super crowded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed here 03/11/24-03/15/24 I was a little nervous booking through a 3rd party website. But when I arrived everything on my reservation was correct. 🙂 The only thing to be aware of is you have to pay up front $10 per parking & $20 per night for potential damages. You get the $20 per night back at the end of your stay. The hotel was beautiful! Such a beautiful view and the area is convenient. Now for my complaints… -I wish they had more options for breakfasts -The restaurant fish heads was closed our entire stay even tho the front desk employee told us they would be open Tuesday. They never opened the entire week.. -We had to pay $120 extra when we got there for parking/potential damages even though we already payed $1200 to stay the whole week LOL. -When we arrived the lobby was extremely loud I couldn’t even hear the lady checking me in because there was some competition going on with dances, cheerleaders, band kids, and basketball kids. & they were cheering extremely loud in the lobby and even outside. Other than that it was a beautiful stay and even with the couple complaints I had I still give it 5 stars and highly recommend this place. 🙂 We can’t wait to come back!

The property was clean and family friendly. Solo travelers world also enjoy the property. The location is on the beach and awesome views. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and cordial. Peyton was exceptional and Analese was very helpful. Definitely coming back!

Very convenient to dining and shopping, easy access to beach. Was not aware that restaurant on site was closed, which was disappointing. Housekeeping was spotty at best.

It’s a new hotel and it’s easy to walk to anything around the area. Rooms are spacious. There’s a nice lazy river and hot tub as we stayed in February and it was cold and windy so that was convenient. There’s a bar at the hotel and a continental breakfast. No fault of the hotel but there was someone smoking weed that got through the vents and we had to change rooms as it was so strong and we traveled with a 6 year old. The hotel did comp our 3 day parking.

It was very clean. Breakfast was great . Only thing that would stop me from renting again was they regulate the temperature in your room. Heater was on and I don’t sleep with heat. I sleep in a/c and was told I can open patio doors to let cold air in room.

Please note that there is a toll bridge before going onto Pensacola Beach (I still have no idea how much I'm going to be billed & staff couldn't help) and there is a daily PARKING charge at hotel so if off season, use the plentiful free public parking

From check-in to check-out, the staff was outstanding. The property is clean, well-situated (nearby restaurants and shopping) and works for family-oriented stays or solo trips. Fish Head restaurant serves some of the best burgers (Farm House is ah-mazing) and the bar within the hotel has the tastiest drinks (Fish Head Bucket (?). Breakfast options were better than most. But let's get to the grounds; (heated) pools, hot tubs, "lazy river" were 10/10!! The beach views are stunners! I wish I could give this property 10 stars. Definitely will return!

Hotel was clean and easy to locate. Parking was fine. Great location, right on the beach. It was a little cold while we were there, but they had a nice gas firepit in the back. You could sit and listen to the waves while staying warm.
