Brilliant location and excellent value for moneyPosted 20-Sep-2014
We spent three nights here as part of a tour of the South. This was the cheapest of the six hotels we stayed in. Whilst the room was basic it represented excellent value for money. A very good complimentary breakfast was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Location: Nice beach out there.
The carpet was damp, pressure of toilet was weak. Bed sheets were damp too. Hair drier smells like urine. Nice location close to beach though. You have to pay for the beach chairs. Feels like 59 or so motel.

Pros: LOCATION TO BEACH
Cons: GET AIR CONDITIONING FIXED..WAS WAY TO LOUD AND NOISY.HARD TO SLEEP.ROOM 322.
Location: ON THE BEACHFRONT.GULF SIDE AND CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND EATING.

Damp, Smelly, and overall just not cleanPosted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: It was on the beach, but there are many other cleaner hotels, not motels, on the beach.
Cons: Damp dingy rooms, clean the bathroom floors, clean the remote, clean the dresser tops, clean the A/C filters ... JUST CLEAN.
Location: On the beach near resurants and nice hotels.
The WiFi worked and it is close to the beach and restaurants, but that is where the good news stops. If my booking allowed for a refund I would never have made it past check-in. This Days Inn is advertised as a hotel, but is definitely a motel. If we’re getting technical it’s a motel, but with three floors. There is a great Holiday Inn (based on the appearance inside and out, restaurant, and resort like pool, lazy river, and bar on the beach. I can’t say I saw a room) next door and you’re better off paying a little more and staying there. • My room smelled and felt like a damp basement. This included the carpet that turns your feet black, the towels, the bed sheets after the first night, and the overall air in the room. • The bathroom floor was dirty, dark brown to blackish color in the corner behind the door • The TV remote was sticky and had a crusty substance on a few of the buttons • The second night (thankfully I only stayed for two) the TV made a strange buzzing noise when turned on and a few minutes after I turned it off. Even though they sent maintenance right away the next TV they brought me had a strange color and group of lines at the top and was covered in dust. • There is a space under the door so that it doesn’t quite seal properly When I checked out the front desk staff said I hope you enjoyed your stay and when I mustered up a half smile they said well if there is anything I can do let me know … except a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

Coul and should be better for the prices just forPosted 12-Sep-2014
Pros: Being at the edge of beach!
Cons: Facilities. Only pools were better than hotel itself.
Could and should be better kept and presentable, fairs for this hotel-motel are usually 59 or so, for being at the shores it should be outstanding to make pricing worthed!

ok for the pricePosted 3-Sep-2014
Pros: price was good and location was good
Cons: spend some time and money cleaning path to beach and outside areas
room had a bad (mildew) smell and outside the room smelled like urine. Sand between hotel and beach really needs to be cleaned lots of glass, bottle caps, sharp shells, and cigarette butts litter the pathway! Location is good close to everything just need to spend more on keeping area and rooms clean

Old and tired.Posted 27-Aug-2014
At least 1/2" space under the door which was a bit unnerving since we were on the ground floor and met a large crab in the parking lot. Old furniture, pool temps too warm and the 8 ft high fencing around both pools prevented any view of the Gulf. Found an old toothpick on the floor and a candy wrapper. Not very clean.

Ahhh Pensacola Beach.Posted 24-Aug-2014
Pros: We appreciated the friendly and courteous staff. We really enjoyed having an ocean front room and walking right out to the pools and the nice beach.
Cons: We received everything as advertised.
Location: The Days Inn is conveniently located on Pensacola Beach within walking distance (or shuttle ride) to good restaurants, shops and water activities.
Four great days at Pensacola Beach. The Days Inn offers a good price for a great Beachfront stay. Will definitely return.
