Staff was nice, had Prime rib dinner. Thought for price that the rib was of quality.

“Great Stop Off”

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. It is a great place for overnight. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. It is a good place to break up a very long drive to Tacoma, WA.

“Good Quiet Hotel”

No complaints. Nice, clean room. It appears to have been re-modeled fairly recently so everything was tasteful and comfortable. Front desk was helpful if somewhat confused about a few minor issues. Overall, a good hotel and probably the best option to stay in the Pendleton area.

The only complaint I had was no elavator, which made it difficult hauling luggage to room down the stairs.

“Ok but not great”

Decore is outdated and cleaning staff left glasses/bottles/dishes outside room doors in the hallway. These dishes stayed for approx. 5 hours.

“Line of Duty Death funeral detail”

Only had time to sleep for 3 hours. Was doing a Line of Duty Death Funeral detail following morning with muster at 0500 hrs. Bar closed at 2100 hrs. We arrived at 2030 hrs, checked in, got to the bar in time to grab a bite and one drink. However, bartender did "relax" the rules till 2130 hrs. Convenient to drop into town from that location to detail venue at auditorium. Would stay there again.

“An issue with breakfast - the price.”

An assortment of breakfast fare was provided, but there was a nominal charge for this service. At other establishments of similar quality & price continental breakfast is complementary to the guests.

“Good for overnight stop”

Room was clean & comfortable. Restaurant service was terrible. It took ingredibly long for a simple breakfast!

“Not impressed”

The hotel is easy to get to and close to everything. At the backside one has a miraculous outlook over the valley. However, we had bad luck with our room (No. 380). The bath was not clean, used soap, shampoo and hair leftovers. Also the bedside table was really dirty as well as the remote control and the carpet.
