We stayed 2/24/24 room 222. Our room keys would not work for our room on the 2nd floor, went down for a 2nd pair to be reissued. Still didnt work, had go back down to front desk again, desk clerks didnt seem suprised they keys didn't function properly. We were advised we would have to notify clerk each time we needeed to access our room,swim & exercise area. It was very inconvenient for us & not very safe for the desk clerk, i might add. It just made the whole experience inconvenient overall.

The hotel is having a problem getting room keys to work. Hotel staff have to let you into the room every time you leave

I can fully understand how inconvenient that was during your stay and very frustrating; which you should not have to endure. A recent lock upgrade failed and we are currently working on this issue with our lock vendor. The only problem was the heat was turned off when we arrived, and it was very cold in the room! We had to wear coats for the first two hours! The cable box was unplugged from the TV and I had to plug it in to get the TV working.

I was very happy except for the noise at night from the freeway, it was hard to sleep.

Basically ok but not the cleanest or in the best condition, little details like the corners didn’t get vacuumed, the sink didn’t drain properly, wall paper missing in spots, TV channels were slim.

We booked a room that was supposed to be Accessible. And it seemed that it wasn't maintained very well; when brought to the attention of staff for assistance with the blinds, a/c and television there was little to no care or assistance.

Please don’t waste your money staying here. Our room was dirty when we checked in, there was a bar of soap outside our room with hairs on it, ice machines were broken and the pool was not able to be used. Really disappointed that I spent money to stay at this hotel.

The staff was beyond amazing! Especially Michelle! What I didnt like was how hot the rooms are and the fact that both the pool and hot tub dont work. The rooms are definitely pricey for not having a pool or working ac.
