Le service Or est vraiment bien. Nous avons des breuvages en tout temps à portée de mains. Aucune attente à la réception. Ce qui m'a irrité au plus haut point est un montant de 110 $ (argent bermudien ou américain) que nous avons dû débourser à notre départ pour que le préposé n'a pas été en mesure de nous préciser pourquoi. Nous avions déjà payé à Expedia un montant de 126,40 $ pour property fee. À mon avis, nous avons payé 2 fois les mêmes frais. J'avais pris soin de communiquer avec Expedia 2 ou 3 jours avant notre départ pour les Bermudes (11 avril 2019) pour nous assurer que nous n'aurions pas d'autres frais à payer et la dame qui m'a répondu m'a dit que non et elle a même pris soin d'appeler le manager du Fairmount Princess et il lui a assuré qu'il n'y aurait pas d'autres frais de chargé. Vous comprenez mon mécontement quant nous avons eu à débourser une autre fois pour ces frais. Merci !

Implantation pratique, hôtel agréable
Hôtel très bien situé qui permet de prendre le ferry ou les cars ou louer une petite voiture électrique pour visiter les îles. Deux piscines et un jacuzzi compensent le fait que l'hôtel ne soit pas sur une plages comme les autres hôtels de l'île, mais qui sont tous isolés.

Best hotel, best service, best location. I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing experience this was. One of us had lost their travel documents and could no longer join. The hotel reimbursed and made everything truly half as bad as it was. Such a great response to such a terrible situation. We will be regulars at this hotel for sure!

Large property with all of the amenities you need. The rooms in the main building are well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive. Front Street is a 10 min walk or 3 min taxi away.

Beach was a 20 minute shuttle ride, but totally worth it. Beautiful bay, playground, water sports, perfect for the kids. Pool at hotel was beautiful, Baja ledge, hot tub, pool was warm, looked out over the bay. Our room was nothing special. Easy walk to restaurants.

I have been going to Bermuda for years on business. The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is the hotel of choice for business travellers because it's an easy walk to offices in Hamilton. Ity has been substantially upgraded with good bathrooms, bedrooms, pools and restaurant facilities. It is fine for vacationers but I would recommend the Southampton Princess over the Hamilton Princess for vacationers.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. The reason for not giving it 5 stars was my very unacceptable experience with dealing with the front desk staff and their billing system. We booked the hotel through Expedia and paid for the hotel before we went on the trip, except for the local taxes and fees, $107, which were to be collected at the hotel. That is fine, except when I checked in they put a hold on my credit card for around $1300, which did not make sense to me because we paid for the room ahead of time. After questioning the staff, I was unable to get a reasonable answer as to why, but I decided to go ahead and deal with it because I was trying not to let it ruin our experience there. So the night before we checked out, I asked to see my charges which should have been around $400. The nice staff lady handed me a statement for over $1000. Of course I questioned this and she finally corrected it and said there was a glitch in the system. So next morning when we left, I did not have a chance to get a final statement as we were in a rush to get to the airport. After getting home, I checked my credit card transactions and it had pending charges of $1300, $400, and another $1300. We had paid for the room from a bank account before going on the trip. I was told by the credit card company that these charges were holds on my account, and that they would drop off in 7 to 10 days. The $2600 hold is still showing on my account, 5 days later. So Beware of excessive charges!!

A Disastrous Hotel Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hamilton Princess and I must say, it was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I knew I was in for a disappointment. First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in providing any sort of assistance. There were a few staff that went above and beyond and i want to personally send them a thank you. It felt like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my existence. I had numerous issues during my stay, ranging from a malfunctioning unit, to a mold and mildew bathroom , and each time I approached the front desk for help, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of urgency. Moving on to the room itself, it was far from the advertised luxury experience. The cleanliness was questionable at best, with stains on the carpet, rust around the toilet, and dust in every corner. The bed was uncomfortable, made squeaky noises and was broken, the pillows were lumpy, and the overall decor felt outdated and worn out. It was clear that the hotel had not invested any effort in maintaining the rooms to a satisfactory standard or that they deliberately provided us with the bottom of the barrel. The amenities offered were nothing more than a joke. The the pool area was dirty and unkempt, and the Wi-Fi connection was so slow that it was practically unusable. It felt like the hotel was living in
