There was an issue with our heat / cooling system we noticed the first night, & it was fixed just hours after we notified management.

Hotel is adjacent to Walmart, A&W, and other amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was large and clean and the tub/shower combination was great. Loved the free breakfast with fluffy scrambled eggs and waffles.

We’ve been spending a lot of time at hotels in southern Manitoba this year and this is by far the best one we’ve experienced so far. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended excellent dinner restaurants and were also very accommodating with my medical needs

Breakfast was good. Booked a room for 5 people, but there was only 2 queen beds in there, no hide abed or anything. The stairs to the pool are really rusty, and in need of some maintenance.

Good Morning and thank you for providing your feedback. Your reservation does show that you selected a room with two queen beds and our descriptions for those rooms does not indicate that there is a hide-a-bed. We do offer floor mats for guests upon request. As for the stairs in the pool area we are currently working on getting that remediated.

Check in was pleasant with the sweetest girl. Our room was a king suite with a sitting area. Nice size and clean. Breakfast was available in the morning and included some prepackaged items to heat up, pancakes, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and bread/bagels. The proximity to shopping is convenient, with several stores within walking distance: Walmart, Bulk Barn, Dollarama, Warehouse One. We would stay here again.

We were shocked to discover that they only change the sheets on the bed every 3 days. We were NOT expecting that the sheets be changed every morning, but we were expecting that the bed be made - which they only do at the end of your stay or every 3 days! Frankly, I surprised they cleaned the bathroom - they could have let that go for 3 days as well!!!

Good morning GerrySo sorry to see that we missed your expectations but the sheet change every 3rd day is fairly industry standard since Covid. A simple chat with the front desk or myself and we could have easily ensured the room was kept in a manner that you expected with no trouble at all.
