The vogue hotel was basic , dirty , unclean , run down doors didnt work and no customer service.I definatley would not have booked it if the online pictures were true !!! I felt bad for the families staying there as there were men coming in and out of hotel with thai women constantly ,disgusting!!!! If you want a hotel for sleazy men ,then sell it as that ! Not as a hotel for everyone . The only good area of the hotel was the vogue hotel restaurant ,it had amazing food and staff .

Bad points ... foul smelling towels. Adjoining room, walls and dividing door so thin they might as well be in the same room. Sharp corners on shelves, dangerous right above safe. Broken kettle lid button. No hot water for first week. Cleaning lady prone to forgetting to leave bottles of water. No room service on last day. No balcony table and only one chair. Good points ... good view, good aircon, good water pressure, good TV, good WiFi. Comfortable big bed. Despite bad points I will be staying again if the price is right.

rooms in building #1 is noisy, arrived early trying to check in before 2pm but front desk staff refused to check me in until 2pm I asked front desk doing the paper work first and assign room after 2pm they refused and told me to line up after 2pm.

Don’t stay there unless you are on a budget. This hotel is nothing like on the pictures, very very old. Breakfast is very simple. Staff they smile at you unless there’s an issue, like switching a room or smth.else, then they ignore you. Water pressure is very low. The beds and pillows are hard as rock. The only good thing about this hotel is a location.

1) Bellhop are proud and unhelpful he shouldn't be on this frontline. 2) No hot water at shower compartment. 3)Not be abke to charge your phone in a proper manner all 2 pin electrical outlet were defect. 4) It look.like no maintainance work carryout . Advice to look elsewhwere to stay. There are plentynof 2 to 4 Star hotel within 300 meter radius.

The staff were lovely and helpful and caring, the was fine,but the shower was never warm or anywhere near being hot, the thing that really bug me was the smell of sewage around the swimming pools
