“TBH is the place to stay in Pattaya”

Overall, this hotel is excellent, the location is in the center of everything and next to Avenue Mall that has shops, restaurants, and even bowling and a cinema. The pool is excellent on the roof and has a swimup bar (my personal favorite) and a fantastic view. The food and breakfast buffet was delicious, on the mornings I actually made it in time. The room was cleaned daily and the rooms are non-smoking. For us smokers, the great thing is that the rooms have balconies and an ashtray attached to the wall so you can still smoke without having to travel far. What made my 7 nights the best at TBH was the staff, from the door guys/security, to the front desk and manager, the waiters and waitresses, everyone was so nice, constantly having a smile on their face when they greeted each person as they walked in. One thing, TBH is expanding and has construction going on next to the hotel, doubling thier current size, so there will be noise. But for me, this does not describe what the current hotel is all about. I also talked to the lovely manager, Niyada, who said they will be finished by April 2011 with more beautiful rooms. Thanks again to everyone for everything, I miss you already and will see you again very soon. Thanks for remembering my birthday and making it special for me, I will never forget that.

“great little lalce to stay”

I enjoyed this hotel very much, despite the expansion work going on, it is quiet and very clean. Everybody have smiles on and are ready to help out. They are associated to a nearby bar with a pool hall attached, so you can bill your tab to the hotel, which is very convenient. The pool on the roof closes early (7:00pm) but its a great place to hang during the day. Note it is definitely an adult based hotel

It's in the heart of Pattaya and immediately next to some fun go-go bars (like most areas of the city). The roof features a great view and a large pool with a pool bar. Good buffet breakfast. Attractive lobby. Helpful staff. The king-size bed made out of two twin beds was annoying, though.

“Good location, average hotel”

The hotel and the staff were satisfactory. The pricing at the minibars in the rooms were excellent, and actually cheaper than the local bars. The hotel is very guest friendly. They even call your room if guests leave early, just to make sure nothing has been stolen from you. The pool on the room was disappointing, as it was a bit small and there were not many lounge chairs. The hotel staff was very pleasant the the room service was exceptional. The restaurant on the second floor was the most disappointing part of my stay as it was very overpriced and the food quality was horrid. The hotel is still under construction. The beds were acceptable, but the pillows were terrible. Myself and my friends all complained about lack of sleep due to uncomfortable pillows. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want a hotel near all the action of Pattaya, but avoid the restaurant and don't expect the best sleep.

“Always Loud!!!!!”

The hotel was terrific in many ways. It was clean, nice and fair priced. My complaint is noise!! Not from surrounding bars but inside the hotel. The maid on each floor has a telephone for the front desk to ring them. They ring them constantly starting at 7:30 in the morning. It is so very loud. I could never sleep in. I do not recommend staying there if you plan on going out at night because you will never catch up on sleep. Also there is construction going on which also started very early. The internet, I believe is overpriced. For the price of the room internet should be included, but instead you pay almost 400 baht a day.

“Tim boutique poor management”

Hotel management had hotel staff build metal storage racks in front of hotel on street for 3 days at Christmas. Constant grinding and banging from 8am to 6pm. Portable racks could have been built anywhere! Asked reception why but they did not care.
