No one to take my luggage to my room, had to manage it myself. No one to see me to my room for room details. Cleaning crew is totally understaffed and do the best they can with so many rooms to clean, not their fault. Also, broken boards in boardwalk to rooms,dangerous, need repair asap. Had to beg for help with my luggage during checkout. Will not stay here again

room size good - location good basic facilities
Room size good - location good basic facilities however - toilet had flooded before and a drainage problem - due to lack of skilled labourers to do basic fit out of bathrooms. otherwise great for what we paid.

A value for money stay at jomtien!
The hotel provided value for money. It's very close to the Main Street in jomtien and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was reasonably clean and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. It's the second time I've stayed here and grumble for the price I paid.

OK hotel good breakfast close to beach and shops
The room I booked was supposed to have a double bed but there were two single beds pushed together. not really satisfactory and the room was very noisy. next to the elevator and a very noisy Tour bus park with noisy Chinese Tourist arriving late and leaving early every day. I requested a room change several times but had no luck. This almost spoiled my holiday but I was determined not to let that happen.

One night at Jomtien Plaza Residence
Booked two family rooms for one night for family members. Rooms were spacious but one room smelt of damp, both rooms had two balconiesReception was confused as booking Id did not match confirmation Id. Personally I have never stayed there but it was hard to find reception as a restaurant area is in front of it. Parking is underneath building and plenty of spaces. Not far from Jomtien beach, shops and pubs.

This is not the type of review that we like to see, and I assure you that I will be looking into each point that you have made. If it is convenient, I would like to discuss your experience further, so that I might learn more about how to improve our property and service for you and our other guests.

it was a forced stay as this company and tamnak messed up my booking i made and payed for in october ,so trying to get a last minute hotel between christmas and new year was a nightmare i am still furious i booked this room online in the foyer after speaking with desk attendant ,and got a cheaper rate booking online ,the put me in a room with 2 single beds after i booked 1 king bed ,it was to late to argue i just wanted to sleep, i made them change my room the next day and this room had no kettle or microwave ,tv reception was wonky and internet was slow

The breakfast is no good at all, with flies and buds flying around and less choices for food items. Supply also not frequent. I won't choose this hotel again. Actually it is not a real hotel, just like a service apartment.

Jomtien Residence Hotel/Neo Hotel
There was a problem with the hotel booked so I was moved to a sister hotel just across the street. It was comfortable but I do not know how it compared to the original booked hotel. The room was good but I found it a bit warm.

Bildene på nettet lyver
Rommene var møkkete, særlig badet. Gulvene ble kun vasket hvis det var synlige flekker, ellers ble det kostet. Vi etterspurte hånd håndkle, det hadde de ikke, spurte etter et ekstra badehåndkle, det fikk vi ikke. Ansatte kunne noen få ord engelsk. Flisene på gulvet i gangen var løse flere steder. Masse sand i bassenget ute, ikke madrasser på solsenger. Vi etterspurte dorull til toalettet ved bassenget, fikk beskjed om at der skulle det ikke være papir, vi kunne bruke toalettet på rommet. Svært støyende aircondition. Ikke lystette gardiner. Ikke shampo,balsam,lotion på badet. Ikke kaffe eller te på rommet. Svært liten tv som hadde fryktelig dårlig signal. Vi spurte etter strandhåndkle kl 12 på dagen, fikk beskjed om at det var tomt, dag etter dag. Kommer ALDRI til å booke rom der igjen.

Ei ikinä enää tähän hotelliin!
Itänaapurit eivät tunnu tajuavan että hotellissa myös nukutaan ja että aamupalalla on muitakin. Wc:n viemäri haisi järkyttävästi, haju levisi myös huoneeseen. Ilmastointilaite ritisi ja paukkui, heitti myös aamuisin jäätä lattialle.

Bra hotell med egen restaurang. Även om servicen kunde vara bättre. Frukosten skulle ha ingått ,men på plats visa det sig att den inte gjorde det. Den var inte värd de 220 Baht som den kostade. Det blev frukost på andra ställen istället. Blev dock utan kostnad uppgraderad till en lägenhet med poolutsikt, vilket var bra. Fick även checka in tidigare utan extra kostnad. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att återvända. Ca 5 minuter till stranden och alla Soyerna. Kan rekommendera Country Bar/club med live musik som ligger 5 min från hotellet.

Greit hotell meget sentralt!
Et greit opphold, greit hotell, sentral beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Noe rehabilitering i restaurant og ellers et greit bosted dersom en ikke har for høye krav. Noe ensformig frokost.
