“Great Hotel”
Great hotel , great location. I would like to stay here again if I go back to Pattaya. convient to go everywhere you like to go. Great breakfast
“Good value and a great price”
Spacious room, ocean view, very accommodating and friendly staff. Food was good, although not a lot of change from day to day. My only complaint.. the bed was rock-hard.

Would not go back hotel staff were helpful but badly organised and hotel was just about acceptable a real basic hotel only.
“Not Really The best At All”
This hotel is completely geared towards our russian cousins which is not a problem but the food is not to every ones taste. The photos have clearly been done very well and they show the hotel to be better then it really is, eg the pool is very small. The hotel claimed to be on the beach, well it is not. No toiletries, no international calling from the rooms, come on Best Western this is basic. Pattaya beach is the worlds biggest open air brothel and not for kids at all in fact the beach is nothing special either. Tips, Hotel internet is horribly over priced hence no one used it, there are plenty of internet cafe's in town. Don't use the taxi's at the end of the road as they are also very over priced compared to every where else. For the first time ever with Best Western am not impressed.

the location was a couple of blocks away from the beach, I was not impressed with the location. the room was so so the service was about the same.
