Nice Hotel with a short walk to the Nightlife.
I enjoyed my time at the Baywalk Residence. I stayed in the mini-suite with a large balcony overlooking the beach road and the ocean. This is an older hotel and it shows in the rooms, but this was not a problem. The staff was very polite and friendly. The location is great, situated on Beach Road and just a couple minutes from Walking Street, and it is next to a shopping mall and just down the street from the worlds largest Hooters. Outside noise can be a bit much and I had the unfortunate timing of being there the same time the city decided to dig up the street (not the hotels fault). The free-WiFi is also not very effective. Overall, I would recommend the Baywalk Residence for anyone wanting to be close to the action and working with a budget. Thank you Baywalk for the great experience.

The hotel is getting a little old, but the fifth floor restaurant has an excellent view. The hotel is in reasonable walking distance to Walking Street and cheap Transportation elsewhere.

Excellent location with very close proximity to shops, bars and the beach. Room was very good and service from all staff was very friendly and quite satisfactory. Breakfast although limited was of a high standard View from the restaurant was EXCELLENT, as you look directly over Pattaya beach Air con, safe, TV, secured double door locking, hot water, tea and coffee making facilities in room.

For less I used to get much better in Pattaya using your app. The hotel is only 11 years old and the rooms looks like 50 . Breakfast cold . Only the location is great . Wouldn’t like to give details about the room and linen condition , curtains and so on , the pool . Not worth the price at all

Great location right across from the beach and very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. This is not a five star hotel but I knew that before I booked so it was very adequate for what I was looking for. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again.

Avoid this hotel. Many problems; no ice or freezer in the hotel, they don't change the bedding, shower difficult to use and fluctuations in pressure and temperature.AC temperature difficult to control and it points directly to the bed. Only one roll of thin toilet paper when we checked in. Floors are dirty. Internet problems. Hotel has no restaurant, only buffet that is awful. Bed is hard. I booked a Executive Nouveau Room that was very small. Room smells like pine cleaner. Elevators are very slow even though there are only 7 floors. Drapes are thin and let in light. For the same price or less there are much better hotels in this area. Only positive of this hotel is it's location, close to Walking street, but it is also located next to a night market and is very noisy at night.

The television in my room did not work. The air conditioning remote control looked (and probably was) like it was from the 1960’s. When I hit the power button, there was a beep but my room never cooled, so I assumed it was broken. In Pattaya it’s extremely hot, so I spent the night very uncomfortablely. I was only there for one night so I didn’t make a big issue out of it. You get what you pay for here. Location is the best thing about it.

Baywalk Residence offers a good location, decent service, reasonable security and below level amenities. The location is on Beach Road, though set back a bit from the street. The hotel is located very close to Garden Plaza Mall. The mall makes for convenient air conditioned shopping and dinning options. In the heat of the day an air conditioned mall is pure gold! Restaurants, pharmacy, Starbucks, KFC, and very reasonably priced clothing for westerners. The hotel amenities need improvement, most specifically the fitness center, which has decent treadmills, but otherwise antiquated and poorly maintained equipment. The breakfast is decent and served on a terrace with an excellent view of Pattaya bay. Staff are helpful and friendly without being pushy. Overall a good value, though some improvements would be useful.

Don’t know who would rate this place at five stars the only thing it’s got going is the view when you eat breakfast other than that I would say 2 1/2 stars my room has a little bit of the Bayview but the bad part is when you look right out the window and stare at the parking lot that is very trashy looking. The room itself definitely need some upgrades the bed is hard but I did sleep good my air-conditioner leaks water onto the floor the coffee pot had to be cleaned before using it The hot water is adequate at best for taking a shower. They need to put some money into this place to upgrade rooms. The staff was excellent along with the cleaning group. Room was cleaned each day Would I stay here again even that it was not what I was expecting I think I would and recommend.

Decent but dated facilities.
The internet WiFi system needs to strengthen it's signal. It is also complicated by it's different password for each floor and lobby area and restaurant. The morning breakfast is appreciated but the juice mixture is awful and tastes lousy. The coffee tastes like mud and is wrong mixture ratio.

The hotel is located 5 minute walk from Walking Street, meaning close to the night life. Since it is not too close to Walking Street, it is relatively quiet and go to sleep easily. Beach is right across the street but swimming is not recommended as there are so many speedboats and the sand beach is not so clean. Shops and restaurants are right next to the hotel. Knock-off are everywhere and various cuisines-from cheap to expensive-are there to please tourists. The hotel room is spacious and clean although the furniture and TV are outdated. Staffs are friendly as they would smile all the time. The breakfast is okay but could be improved. If I visit Pattaya again, I would stay at this hotel again.
