THE good location , close to the beach
It was Great , the room was clean, the location is very good. Close to the beach and night market. The breakfast was not good. I will never recommend to buy breakfast included.

Good location
Staff and Manager are excellent they went really way out of their way to help us when we made a mistake and booked a taxi on the wrong date. We needed to go to the airport on Thai New year and if it was not for them we would have missed our flights the were able to get a mini bus for the 8 of us. Thanks staff

The room is clean andvery big. The air conditioner is great !!! The toilet could be better but still very nice. Location is very good in the center near to all you need.

Very bad for hotel service, clean,mintinec,connection and one day no electric light I leave out side hotel all day And one day more I leave outside because behind hotel have one shop fire.the hotel don't have full coverage for emergency services for firefighting

Good location, poor service and rooms
The hotel did not have electricity the day we checked in. This meant no A/C, internet, lights, hot water. The staff did not apologize for the electricity issue because they were so busy drilling us about how many people were staying in the room. My friend was with us when we checked in. They were convinced that there were 3 of us staying in the room. The room itself was dirty--shower was gross. The overheat light didn't work. The only thing good about the hotel is the location.
