Hôtel un peu vieillot et salle de bain petite. Mais le lit est confortable, le buffet et le café sont excellent! Le personnel est sympathique et la piscine est super. L’hôtel est très bien située près du centre commercial, de beaucoup de bon resto et à environ 12 mins de marche de la plage et de la Bangla road. Je le recommande bon rapport qualité-prix

J'ai reserver pour une grande chambre avec un lit king je me suis retrouver avec une petite chambre avec 2 lit simple . des drap plein de sang est des caffard le personne a ete execrable est vu que je comprend le thai j'ai compris qu'il m'insulter en thai un grand merci a expedia qui ma reloger dans un autre hotel sans frais suplementaire

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse. Or contre la propreté des espaces commun laisse à désirer, on avait une assiette sale à côté de notre chambre elle y est restée jusqu’au lendemain alors qu’un femme de ménage ait passé l’aspirateur dans le couloir. Belle piscine par contre pas de bar.

Hôtel très bien situé et propre
Hôtel proche du centre animé de Patong Beach. Bangla Road est accessible à même pas 10mn à pied. Hotel propre et personnel serviable, très sympathique et toujours à votre service. J'avais réservé une chambre économique 1 personne. Ces chambres sont très petites : Mieux vaut réserver une chambre double beaucoup plus spacieuse. Le WiFi est disponible dans tout l'établissement et est de bonne qualité. Peu de transats à la piscine (4 au total) et seulement 2 parasols. Transats et parasols sont très abîmés et devraient être changés. Malgré tout, je recommande cet hôtel.

Anyhow if any guest would like to get the softer one might request/let our team know right away then we could arrange the topper to make bed a bit soft. Since we're providing the Free unlimited Wi-Fi for entire building & all guest rooms anyhow if it's not working well, we able to re-set the internet system once we being told. Guest room will be clean regularly & daily cleaning, however if it looks not well clean, guest could let us know anytime to clean more once time during the day without extra charge. Das Frühstück Angebot eine reine Katastrophe. Das Geld sollte man sich sparen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen absolut abgewohnt. Es ist so laut in den Gängen das du kaum schlafen kannst. Fazits nie wieder.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage in. Seitenstraße. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Rezeption hat bei allen Schwierigkeiten schnell und effizient geholfen. Frühstücksbuffet OK. Pool in Ordnung. Würde wiederkommen.

Very dirty and not as advertised. The room smelt like mold and the hallways smelt like garbage. The staff at the front desk, specifically the young thai boy, is extremely rude and doesn't know how to properly provide customer satisfaction. Staff were also very rude to me when replying on expedia over a deposit I forgot to receive before I left. I was told they will give it back to me "next time I'm back in Phuket". The breakfast was not worth the money, I felt sick after the second day eating there. I do not recommend this hotel to someone. Better to pay an extra $5 a night and treat yourself to a better hotel.

It's just that the staff saw that you had brought an outsider who was not a guest staying with the hotel into the hotel and we only asked for his ID card. We work to ensure the safety of our customers so that there is no chaos later. And you have accused the hotel of not returning your deposit and have the hotel refund your money via credit card. When you checked in you were informed that the deposit was in cash. and returned in cash Then you gave the keys to someone else. which the hotel was not informed about this matter However, we will still keep your deposit. I had a great stay. I found the staff very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Gym was well equiped, just needed a good free weight bench. Value for money unbeatable. Breakfast was great a very short walk away. Will come hear again as close to all the shops,Bangalore road etc.

Great place!
Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

great stay
This place is simple and bare bones but loved the location- breakfast was great too. Close enough to the main road its about a 5 min walk but truly you dont want to stay right there, it is unbelievably loud, so it was great to sleep here. Staff was helpful in getting taxi and getting our safe repaired quickly. They only had motorbikes for 5+ days which is common in the are after we tried a couple places

The location is good for walking to the centre of downtown and the hotel is not far from Patong Beach. Staff providing breakfast were great. Our stay improved after we were moved to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel. The rooms seem to be in the process of gradual renovation.

Work need to be done
Hotel needs some upgrades. The balcony had mould on it, the Ac in my room was loud, the shower was good but water went everywhere as the glass was not big enough. The pool was green and I didn’t want to swim in it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
