C'est un hotel tres decevant. Les chambres ne sont pas tres propres. Le petit dejeuner est mediocre et les gens au reception ne sont pas sympas du tout. En effet, le personnel de reception ne vous respectent pas du tout. L'hotel n'a aucun arbre, ni un jardin. On ne sent pas a Phuket. Et en plus, il n'y a pas du soleil autour de la piscine a cause de batiment de l'hotel. On est dans l'ombre de beton durant toute la journee! Ne restez pas ici, il y en a plusieurs meilleurs choix a Phuket.

Hôtel sans grand intérêt ! Les chambres sont de qualité en terme de décoration mais le lit sans plus La piscine est sans intérêt entre les 3 immeubles donc en majeur partie à l’ombre Les transats sont à l’ombre toute la journée et on ne peut pas circuler autour des transats ! Un peu loin de la mer Petit déjeuner pas bon Après je déconseille Patong hormis pour les jeunes fêtards !!!

We stayed in the family suite. It was wonderful and had the most comfortable Ed’s I’ve ever slept in. The king bed was super sized. The only issue was that when we got there, they then informed us that to have kids in the room, they need to be under 12 years old, which was not conveyed when we booked. They let it go this one time… but seemed petty and silly our 13, and 15 year olds were an issue.

It was a great experience staying at the Movenpick Hotel Patong. We booked a family suite for 3 nights from the 8th to the 11th of February. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The toilets were clean and the beds were huge. I really liked the location, it was convenient, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling. I loved this place and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the city center where you have many options for dining and relaxation, including massage services. We are Muslims and found numerous halal options around the hotel. However, during checkout, I had to pay extra for a cup that I accidentally broke. These are probably their rules, and we paid without any issues, but it’s unfortunate that they insisted on it. If they hadn’t asked, we would have left more than the amount they requested as a tip. But overall, it was a pleasant experience at this hotel.

A nice property but was a little disappointed in the slap dash approach to house keeping. Water not replaced one day then the next it was no T bags and equal. The room was great but had a smell of damp every time you walked in. The staff were lovely. The noise at the pool late into the night wasn’t good either. There appeared to be no security checking and I heard other guests complaining of the same thing. Overall it was a disappointing stay for what is supposed to be a 5 star resort.

We acknowledge that we fell short of your requirements to, and we realize how disappointed and unhappy this may have caused you to be. During your stay did you mention the issue to our staff? As you may have noticed, there was a lot of rain during your visit to Phuket, this might have caused the damp smell in the room, however when the guest informs us about such situation, we send our housekeeping team to clean the air by adding humidifier in the room. We stop music at the pool bar at 6pm however pool is open until 9pm so guests do enjoy their time around the pool until 9pm.Our guests' security is our topmost priority; therefore, our security staff works 24 hours - 7 days in a week and are going around the hotel at night.We at Movenpick Myth Hotel would like to express our heartfelt regret and apology for the service you experienced. Points forts : Propreté, service et personnel, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
The hotel is located at the slightly quieter North end of town away from Bangla Road and the busy beach front. However easy to walk to the beach if you dont like poolside. The rooms are spacious with large beds, and an internal balcony facing the pool. The sun loungers around the pool are uncomfortable and very cramped in together. Breakfast is buffet style with numerous options (but the same everyday) however there are a-la-carte options included. The staff here are super friendly and helpful
