“A good place to stay in Morristown”

We were very pleased with the Hyatt Morristown. From the outside, it is a bit of a 1970s concrete monstrosity. But it has been nicely renovated on the inside. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast. My only complaint is that the front office gave us faulty information about train service to NYC. Otherwise, a very good stay.

“Very nice hotel”

My husband and I stay here when we visit our daughter. We enjoy the hotel, but they have started using Down Feather pillows and coverlets. I have asthma and had asked when reserving online not to have them. I had to take a polyester pillow out of the closet and ask the maid to remove the cover. The bed is very comfortable and we like it here, and am quite surprised with all of the people with allergies that they use down and feathers. It would be nice to include a breakfast with the cost of the room.

“Very nice hotel for the area”

It was a great value. The bed was very comfortable and all staff was very helpful. I did use room service and it was delivered in the time stated. And afterwards a courtesy call was made. I did get back to my room late in the evening and I did notice security patrolling the hallways - which was comforting. Very modern and urban in its decor.

“I will look to stay at a Hyatt hotel over all others.”
