Upon check in we realized our room had maintenance issues. There was no heat, the telephone did not work and the sofa was filthy. Called front desk twice from my cellphone with no response. Received a text from Jaeda checking on our stay, i relate the issues to her and no attempt to fix. My family and I had to sleep in a cold hotel room. As a hilton honors member i am disappointed and disgusted.

The Hilton is a huge hotel, suited to large meetings. It has a huge lobby and large conference rooms. It has a good location because of all the large business in that part of New Jersey. It looks like it could use updates in the decor, although our room was very comfortable.

Didn't like Room 559 having noisy ventilation. We were moved to another room and until it was fixed, the heat didn't work. Otherwise it finally worked out. Staff was very accommodating.

Everything was good stuff was good. But i had little issue in my room heater was so so hot Air condition was not working and when i let them know they send someone to check bt said they cant do nothing i have to leave the window open. Whole my staying 5min window open then close thats how i had to stay. Did not get any other service. Other then that everything was ok.

I have stayed here in the past when I have come to Chiller Theatre. The check in staff is very nice and they have a Ruth Chris Steakhouse which is excellent. The rooms are large and clean. My only complaint---and it's a big one---is that the main hotel bar is understaffed on convention nights. For instance at Chiller Theatre there was ONE, count em ONE bartender on Convention night number one and a LOT of frustrated people waiting forever for a drink. I complained about it the next day and the bartender on the day shift said that it "takes a week to train" at the bar so they aren't staffed for bigger events, and besides, the waitress made "higher tips." Really?????? Wrong answer. If this hotel is running a convention and they are, then they should staff for it. Just as soon as I had said something to the bartender the next day another customer came up to him and mentioned the same thing and was met with indifference. The second night of the convention there were once again long long waits for drinks. Whoever the food and beverage manager in the hotel should be thinking what the heck he/she is doing and PROPERLY staff. Anyone in management listening and reading these letters? And whoever owns the hotel should be wondering why they are leaving so many frustrated customers and leaving a LOT of money in lost bar sales. The hotel F and B director really needs to rethink their approach. Other than that the hotel experience was a good one.

With that said I would like to confirm that during the big events we have our F&B manager , 2 bar attendant, and server all working on line .As for the bar payment comment, we have sent a private massage asking for your number and we will be very happy to clear any confusion or misunderstanding, I do hope you'll return to enjoy our newly renovated hotel and allow us another opportunity to provide you with the extraordinary experience that you deserve and the excellent service we well renowned for.
