“Fantastic Staff, Great Room”
Best, most friendly, most helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They instantly make you feel at home. They have an excellent Shuttle Driver that will take you anywhere you want to go in the local area, and then come back and pick you up. What a deal! Also they are pleasant and helpful. Staff was willing to take care of your slightest whim. The one issue I had was resolved in a heartbeat. Newly remodeled rooms, still working on some of them. The street side rooms did have a bit of traffic noise, but mostly daytime. I would absolutely stay here again.
“A great bargain!”
Three things I like the best, well-equiped kitchenette, free shuttle service to skiing and Main Street, and friendly front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
“Simple & comfortable”
A collection of individually owned condo units run with a hotel business model, we found the Park Regency to be clean and convenient despite not being located in downtown Park City - the flexible and prompt hotel-dedicated shuttle bus is a GREAT feature and the park Regency's best selling point, transporting you to any location in the Park City/Deer Valley/Canyons area. Excellent for early arrivals at ski lifts. 'Rooms' are actually small suites, with a living/dining/kitchen space separate from the bedroom. However, the Park Regency does not feature daily maid service, fine for us ski bums, perhaps not for you...also, be aware that while our unit was in really good condition, the individually-owned nature of the units does not guarantee that. In short, we found that the suite-style room and shuttle greatly made up for the lack of daily clean towels, sheets, and turn-down service (actually preferable for us). We would definitely return.
“Good family place”
The place was spotless and facilities were fairly well kept. Pool and jacuzzi was clean and there were always pool towels available. Were originally given a first floor unit but didn't like that the patio basically butted up to the road so the desk clerk put us up one floor without any difficulty. Furniture (dining table) was a little wobbly and worn. Could have used more than one piece of upholstered furniture in the living room/kitchen (only had a couch). Kitchen was just barely adequately stocked-could have used a few more serving pieces and large bowls. The loft area could also have used some bifold doors for privacy. All that being said, the place was pretty comfortable for a family of four-we had the deluxe one bedroom-and all of us agreed that for the price, location and quality of place we would stay here again. Staff was all extremely pleasant.
“Pleasantly surprised”
We booked late and had limited choices except in very expensive places. I was concerned because of a negative review, but this turned out to be a great bargain. Suite was relatively small for a one bed-room, but clean, well-equiped and more than adequate. Outstanding, responsive shuttle service more than made up for slightly out of the way location. Helpful, friendly front desk. Gazebo-like hot tub and indoor pool were great. We would definitely stay here again without any qualms.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms are average in size for Park City. The best service feature is the free shuttle. If you arrange a ride from the airport (there are several services to choose from), you won't need a car, and you won't need the public transportation (the buses run regularly and the hotel is on the route). The room includes a small but adequate kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator, sleeper sofa and fireplace in the main room (which includes the kitchenette, dining table, entertainment center and balcony). All that's left is a bathroom and a separate (private) bedroom. Grocery, Starbucks and several decent restaurants are nearby.
“Great value for the location”
Great location with free shuttle to skiing and Main Street. While rooms need to be updated, PR delivers a comfortable stay for those who want quick access to skiing and Main Street.
“Good Hotel for a Family Vacation”
Everything about the hotel is very good, except the showers tend to not get very hot. The pool and hottub are excellent after a day of skiing! Our room was perfect for a family of four. They officiall call it a "one and a half bedroom". It has a Master Bedroom with a King Size bed. The other small room has a bunk bed and dresser. The room also has two full baths, which is also good for a family.
“Nice experience”
My in-laws own two timeshares in this project and have been going here for years. This year we booked there so we could stay in the same hotel. They've done some really nice room updates since the last time I was there two or three years ago (although never stayed at this hotel before). The staff is friendly. The wifi is free, but the connection was down for two days, which would have really made me mad if I didn't have hotspot on my phone so I could use my laptop for work. But it really drained the data plan on my phone. Pool and hottub areas we used everyday. Could use a little more maintenance, but it wasn't anything that kept us from using them. I used the shuttle service to take me to the ski mountain one day when my family left before me, and it was very convenient and free. Overall, a really nice stay. Are there nicer hotels? Sure. But for the price and the in-room amenities, this worked out really well for our vacation.
