Great staff. Awesome breakfast! Clean, safe and convenient location. Great views of the slopes. Wonderful amenities! The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Our room had a soaking jet spa tub that was wonderful as well. Plenty of fun things for kids and adults to do at the resort. Video games, ping pong, pool table, air hockey! We will be back when in town.

We have always loved staying here. Our kids have loved it the most. It’s been our go to for a quick staycation because of the location, pool, and great rooms. This was the first time when it felt like we were staying at a different place. Our room was not what we were expecting from the initial booking. Very tight. The bathroom fan was not functional. The toilet seat had a brown smear on it. I’m sure it was from cleaning solution mixed with that from screws in the seat but it was very off putting. For the two day stay, there was a dog next door to us that constantly barked and multiple children above us that pounded on the floor late into the night and early in the morning. Our key cards kept not functioning. The desk clerk said it was probably because of our phones or AirPods. So we would put them in pockets away from everything and it would still happen. Another guest helped me in (with my arms full of stuff) after going to two doors. They said they had had problems as well. It was just not what we’ve experienced ever before from this hotel. I was surprised and bummed because we had all wished we’d just stayed home.

Had an issue with our sink. The front desk was prompt in trying to get it fixed but the issue was not with our sink but the room above us. Every time the room above us used the bathroom it would back up into our sink. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and sadly it wasn’t resolved when we left.

This is a hotel near the interstate, which is a good location for both traveling and for skiing at Park city Mountain resort, and or the canyons. It’s a long way from the classic old town of Park city, but if that’s of interest you pick this hotel.

Great location. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Less then 10 minutes away from Canions Village by car. Nice pool, hot tub and dry sauna. Would have been 5 stars if the pool and air hockey tables were complimentary.

The staff was amazing. The computers were down upon arriving a little early, but Kyle (I think that's his name) was able to sign us in on his personal phone. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The room cleanimg staff could have done a little better job. I will definitely stay again, though.

Room services was really bad and disrespectful because my wife wasn’t speak good English she start an attitude and rushing on us to check out at 11:00am my wife asked for extra 15 minutes but she refused and charged us late fee just for 15 minutes my my brother was staying at the room next door he come and tried to translate for my wife she didn’t listen to him and told him do not interrupt i went down stairs to the reception and asked for a supervisor to complain about the house keeping attitude they said no supervisor available The room service name Stephanie

Very friendly staff. My mattress was sagging in one side and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The property needs to be updated but the location was excellent. Only 15 minutes to the slopes.

I loved this place. My room was large and weirdly looked out over the indoor pool, which was kinda fun. Breakfast was great, staff were kind, hotel was quiet. Really glad I ended up here over the film festival. Yep, it was crazy overpriced because of Sundance, but at least I was comfortable!

We have been staying at this BW for YEARS. Our son competes at the UOP and it is close comfortable and easy. Staff are great, free breakfast is good, lobby is cozy and fun for group gatherings. Pool area is a bonus.

The hotel was very clean, staff helpful and friendly and the location is great! I just wish there was more storage in the room and bathroom (I like to unpack when I travel and the bathroom was particularly challenging). My only other complaint was that the rooms around mine had dogs in them and they were barking during the night. Other than that we had a great time! I do not recommend staying in the rooms by the pool. I didn't stay in them, but it gets very noise there.
