“Great place to stay”

Having never been to Paris, we picked this hotel based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. We could have not been more satisfied. The service was great the entire time we were there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk pesonnel would answer questions and make reservations for tours, transportation etc. The location could not be more ideal. There are many restaurants and bars within a 3 block walk. The Avenue Champ Elysses is 2 blocks away. There is also a pharmacy and grocery store within a block. The area is very safe and in what we perceived the high end of Paris with the Four Seasons and Palace Athennee nearby. This hotel is well worth the money.

“Great, friendly service!”

Very clean rooms, large bathroom with tons of storage closets. Hotel staff was fantastic, complimentary breakfast and free wi-fi in the entire hotel was a huge plus. A member of staff even went out of his way to find my friend an adapter to charge her US iPad.

“Really enjoyed West End Hotel”

Although small, the hotel was very elegant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but a little repetitive, more variety would be nice. We upgraded to an executive room and the room was very large according to Paris standards, and the bathroom was huge. Location was ideal.

The service at the West End was excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful. I thought that I paid a great price for such a nice hotel in a prime location. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

Wery charming. Great location on a midle of all major atractions, with walking distance of 10-30 min. Metro stations 2 blocks away. Very clean place with a great stuff. We will recomend to all our friends and would love to stay agsin.

“Great hotel for value. Waiting to return to West End!”

West End Hotel was very accommodating. It exemplified a 5 star hotel experience. The location is great and very convenient to the shops of the Champs-Élysées. The rooms were immaculately clean and large for European standards. We also enjoyed the balcony attached to our room.

“A Really Great Hotel”

The West End has a great location. The hotel was very comfortable and our deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge! Breakfast was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay at the West End on future visits.

“Clean and nice”

Very nice hotel. Clean and obviously recently updated. My Family had three rooms all of which were much larger than the typical european hotel. Lots of closet space. Mini bar. Large double doors open to private patio with Eiffel tower view. Bathroom was large with marble floor and granite countertops. Very nice sitting room adjacent to the lobby with honor bar. Room service available. Courteous and helpful staff that spoke english. Five minute walk to the metro. Lots of very good restaurants and shopping close by. Overall outstanding. I will return.

“Perfect Location and Helpful Staff”

This hotel is located in a perfect spot to access all of what Paris has to offer; yet it is on a quiet street away from the crowds. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, accomodating, and gave great dining recommendations! They were able to converse with us in English, as our French is not very good. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Paris!
