“wonderful position for tourists -- helpful staff - excellent breakfast”

Would return to the hotel without a second thought, it's position was just wonderful for Paris sightseeing and truely French shopping.

This is a charming little hotel in a great location. The hotel staff was more than accomodating and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there next time I am in Paris.

Could not fault this hotel! It is perfectly situated, close to metro (madeline) with access to 3 lines, and a short walk from Place de la Concord. All staff were courteous and helpful. Both the room and hotel are spotlessly maintained, and free internet available in reception.

The Waldorf Madeleine is a small hotel b y USA standards, but we were very impressed with the room the hotel gave us when we checked in, as by French hotel standards, it was really quite roomy. We also had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. The hotel is situated a short walk from the neatest Metro station which made it a great base for exploring this wonderful city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and while the hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, the front desk can help with making dinner reservations or will offer suggestions. My only complaint would be the cost, but again, this is not out of line by Paris standards, so I would not hesitate to stay there again should the need arise. Also, on one night there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from another room and pervading ours. Either all the rooms on our floor were not non-smoking or someone was smoking anyway. The rest of the time there was no problem.

This hotel is located near most of the "must see" places in Paris. The room was adequate in size and very clean. Very quiet. The staff was friendly and multi-lingual. Very safe area. I had stayed here before and specifically chose this hotel for my return visit.

It's a Small Hotel, very welcoming, clean and very elegant. The people at the reception was very nice and help you with everything you need. Is very near the train station Madeline.

“Great Parisian hotel in great location”

Gear hotel in not too busy location. Very close to metro stop and walking distance to louve and place de la Concorde. Great high end shopping just around the corner. Room was small but very clean and cozy. Bathroom was large and updated. Hotel had minbar with very high prices. Free wifi made it very easy to connect with my iPhone.

Services, comfort and relatively good location helped make our stay in Paris great. Caution - in August, much of the area immediately around the hotel is closed - so plan ahead for meals! But the Metro stop and a short walk to the Rue de Rivoli allow you to get quickly anywhere in Paris!
