“A nice quiet place for a good night sleep”
Aside from the norm of European hotels (small, jammed), this place is a bliss. It's not always easy to find it in the sea of hotels in the area, but the setting in this one is very comforting. Probably the best 3* that I've stayed in.
“A good buy”
I was quite satisfied with this hotel, although I only stayed two days and did not spend much time in the lobby or room. Everything worked, including the air conditioning. Some work was being done in the front courtyard which detracted from the overall appearance somewhat. Nice and quiet and off the street. Well located in the Montparnasse district.
“Would highly recommend”
Very nice hotel in a great location at a very reasonable price for Paris. Parking garage is underneath the hotel but the turns can be a liitle tight if you have a bigger car - Ford S-max in my case. Direct lift connection to the lobby and rooms. Charge of 15 Euro a day was fair I thought given the on street costs. Reception staff very helpful and any faults quickly seen to - one slight problem was that the aircon was a little like being coughed on by an asthmatic and it was 35 degrees plus during my stay. Room was compact but given that I had my two teenagers and a 6 year old in their with me - we got on OK. Courtyard views bely the central Paris location and the local facilities are great. Would definitely stay there again.
“Nice stay”
We have just returned from 4 days in Paris, where we stayed in Villa Modigliani. The hotel has a were good service 24 hours a day and they speek english. They were helpful with direction, tickets and other questions. The breakfast was good and resonable in price. The hotel was situated very near the center of Paris and made in very easy to get anywhere in the city. Even some nice thing in reach by foot.

Spotlessly clean hotel and family room. Very comfortable, with good service. And very conveniently located too. We would recommend it to anyone.

Super hotel! I was a bit concerned because of the low rate on Expedia for this hotel but Great hotel,Quiet,very friendly staff that spoke English. Nice linens,lg rm for Europe, Xtra storage and safe.Xtra outlets and hair dryer. Two elevators& small refrig. Franprix grocery store 3 drs upfrom hotel.Restaurants,bakeries,wine,cheese shops, and laundromat less than a block away or closer! A lg grocery and dept.store (Monoprix) 2 blocks away close to the Montparnasse,grocery is downstairs. Bus to/from CDG and Orly is 3 blocks away and cost 17 euro 1 way. We took Paris Shuttle from the CDG to hotel for $49 dollars/two people. The metro has 2 diff lines that run close. A outdoor market Wed.&Sat at end of the st.near Edgar Quinet Metro with Fruit, veggies, meats, cheese, jewelry, scarves, crepes. Several sandwich shops for low budget, one we liked turn R out of hotel and take a L at 1st Rd and walk 1/2 block to 1st sandwich/crepe shop on left. They're open late & hamburgers/french fries are good for 4 euro. Breakfast is high at the hotel (15 Euro)so we bought sugar coated waffles at the Franprix. We paid for our hotel on Expedia so we had a easy check out and didn't owe another penny! I can't wait to go back and this is where I will stay from now on!

“Very nice central hotel in Paris”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast good value. We would really have liked facilities in the room to make tea and coffee though we did have a small fridge for cold drinks. The hotel is in a lovely location with lots of shops and cafes around. We would definitely go back if we get the chance again.
