“First visit to Paris”

Location is terrific, wonderful restaurants on the block and only a couple of blocks to the metro. Good safe neighborhood. Downside was extremely small room and the carpets in the hallways were stained and worn. The staff was terrific and the location made up for the cramped room.

“Comfortable convenient hotel”

Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable rooms - Convenient location (only 10 min walk from Arc de Triomphe, 3 minutes from metro station). - Air France Bus #2 stops 50 meters from the hotel which makes travel to and from CDG airport convenient. Cons: - Cleaning staff working in the morning does not allow for sleeping in.

“Better than expected!”

The hotel was pretty clean, and quite comfortable. The subway entrance was very close to the hotel (1-2 min walk), but taking metro needed about 5 min. Free coffee and tea is provided in the room, but be advised that the cheeps and nuts put close to the coffee tray has extra charge. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

“Completely satisfied”

All the information in expedia regarding this hotel was right. The localization was perfect, close of the CHAMPS ELYSSEES, ARC DE TRIOMPHE, LA DEFENSE, station of the metro PORTE MAILLOT, BUS STOP of Air France. Easy to arrive (metro n°1 + 4) to Notre Dame Cité where you can buy good souvenirs at good price.

“Made us miss our flight back to NYC”

We went to paris for our honeymoon and we had a 7:30 am flight back to nyc so we planned to leave the hotel at 5:30. We go to the front desk and now one is theret to check us out plus the front door is locked and we cannot leave the hotel. After a half hour of waiting, calling and knocking on doors the someone comes out to check us out. We did not have time question his whereabouts because we did not want to miss our flight. We get to the airport at 7:20am and the gate closed at 7:15am. We ended up paying $900 to get a another flight, since we had a connecting flight to ny is cost us so much more. So bottom line do not stay at this hotel, you might save a hunderd or so bucks now but you might end up spending more later. We have tried to contact them and get them to cover some of the cost but we have not received any response.

“Good Hotel”

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel is just down the street from the Neuilly-Port Maillot metro stop (about a 3-5 min walk), so it was convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants close by. The only complaint would be that the free Wi-Fi didn't pick up in our room, and we were only on the 2nd floor. We had to go to the lobby to have a strong enough signal.

“reat hotel in a business area”

Great hotel for the Plais des Congress visitors (3 min. walk). Also close to the Etoile (Arc de Triumph) - 15 minutes walk, and from there you continue to Champs Elisee etc. Hotel staff is really helpful. For 15 Euro you get a descent breakfast. Also free WiFI inrooms and a free computerto use in the lobby makes this an ideal hotel for business travelers. I will definitely be back for my next conference.

“Very nice place to stay.”

The hotel/room was clean, well kept up, the staff very helpful. The bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water. The room is not overly large, but large enough and larger than expected. The location is a bit further off than I would like, but coming back to a nice place at night made up for that. Metro was around the corner in the Palais Congress, so transportation was good. A bit of a walk otherwise, but that's Paris. A very nice street market up the road a bit, as well as the regular stores. Plenty of restaurants. And never had a concern for personal safety. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
