“Wonderful little hotel!”

We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are small by American standards but par for the course in European hotels. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. We were concerned that as we do not speak any French, we would have a difficult time but the staff was very friendly and most helpful in directing us to good shopping, restaurants and the like. (Try the Au Pied de Cochon just around the corner. Great food and service). The hotel is also centrally located to many of the most popular monuments and museums. We would definitely stay here again.

“Simple but clean and well located”

This is a hotel for people that only need a clean room to sleep. It is extremely well located, near Louvre, Metro station, and places to eat. They have WIFI in certain rooms. The room is small but clean, no luxuries. The shower maybe too small for larger people and some will find the the bed kind of hard. But the next time I go to Paris I definately stay in this hotel mostly for the location.

“Great location and great price.”

We stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to get to from RER and metro station. A lot of sights within walking distance. The Louvre is right around the corner. Just outside of hotel there are good cafes and pastery shops. Our room was much larger than I expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

“location!!”

Very affortable, perfectly located, extremly small, Wi-Fi option, Strong stream of hot water in bath. I highly recomend it to those who are focus on budget and location, thet will not compremise for clean room and good bath, but will do with all the rest.

We were very impressed with the Timhotel. It was very conveniently located. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and in helping you locate attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and am planning on returning to stay again in the near future.

“A Fantastic Parisian Base”

A top location--4 cafes on the same block, more around the corner (Try Chez Claude), an ATM at the end of the street. Walk to the Louvre, Palais Royale, Musee D'Orsay, Tuilleries Gardens. Bus and Metro a two minute walk. Our room was on the ground floor, and designated a smoking room with an atrium area smoking area outside. It also happened to be a/the handicap access room; while the sleeping area was European sized, the bathroom was roomy enough for a wheelchair user with grab bars placed around the bath. We don't smoke, but were not bothered by any smoky ambiance in the room. Once or twice we did get a whiff of smoke from the atrium. Breakfast buffet, tea/coffee kettle in the room. Sunny reception area with a friendly and helpful bilingual staff and a small library. Luggage storage and airport shuttle available.

“Great Location!”

We would stay here again! 2 blocks from the Louvre. We walked everywhere. There were lots of places to eat and shop within just a few blocks.And after hearing horror stories about the size of rooms, we were pleasantly surprised at the room we had. Shower was small but fine.

“Great location in Paris”

Timhotel le Louvre is small, but modern, clean and quiet even though our room was overlooking the street. It is in a perfect location, two minutes from the Louvre and the Seine and within walking distance of Notre Dame. We even walked to the Opera on the last day pulling a suitcase to catch the bus to the airport. The reception staff were friendly and spoke English. It was quite basic, just having a kettle in the room with no hairdryer. There are plenty of cafes close by for breakfast, lunch etc. We will certainly go back there if we go back to Paris. (The bed was very comfortable too.)

loved our stay at the timhotel - room was clean and quiet. staff were pleasant. tea and coffee in room was a nice bonus. would love to return to paris and would stay in any of the timhotel's based on this positive experience. only criticsm -the mattress needs to be replaced -was not overly comfortable and just as a warning, we're tall and slim, but if you're packing a few extra pounds, getting in and out of the shower may be a challenge!
