“Very nice experience”

The Westin is in a fantastic location! Very close to the Louve, the Museum D'Orsay and the Champs Ellysee. We never ate there, so I can't comment on the food or the prices. I am not a starwood member so I got a basic room. I had been warned about european rooms being smaller than here in the states, so I wasn't bother when I got to my room. It was very clean and very comfortable. No problems with noise from the adjoining rooms either. A little expensive, but again, a great location!

Everyone at the Paris Westin did all they could do to assist us with some difficult moments we experienced, including lost luggage and being pick pocketed on the metro. We were very happy with the room and with the service offered at the hotel.

I have been to Paris many times, in addition to the excellent service throughout the hotel it was located in a great location. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower and Louvre right outside our window. Everything was in walking distance or a short trip by Metro.

“very nie, upscale”

I was traveling with my daughter, while very nice and upscale, it was more than we needed. The location was great, close to the Louvre, Tulleries Gardens (great relaxing park) and an underground metro station. We were within site of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River and the Arc de Triomphe. It was a beautiful location in a beautiful city. My only negative was the additional costs and high priced restaurant. It was cost prohibitive for my daughter and I to eat at the hotel restaurant. Also there were extra fees for the internet, in room and business center.

“Very Nice, can't wait to go back”

The Westin is a very good place to stay. This was our 4th trip to Paris and our first stay at the Westin. Our room was nice size by european standards clean and comfortable. The TV was a flat screen with several english stations. The room was a bit short on closet space and the carpet was showing some wear. Your room key card is needed to use the elevator to all floors. A nice security feature.

What a great hotel. We arrived in paris at 7:35 am and got to the hotel at 9 am. to my surprise our room was ready. the room was a bit small but i am guessing it was because we got such a good rate. no big deal. the hotel is located in such a great spot. you do not need to spend much time in your room, there is too much to do, and all within walking distance. we will be back.

“Good hotel; great location”

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the bed was very soft. Other than that, it was great. The hotel breakfast is very expensive. If you can get a package with breakfast included, you might want to consider that.

“Wonderful, beautiful, superb service all around!!!”

We had a few wrinkles , but each time we encountered one, the staff was swift and gracious to resolve it. The breakfast (with the room pkg) was lovely, enough to hold you all day! The location was excellent; walk to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, the Opera House, and lots of exquisite shops nearby. The Concierge were invaluable. The Hotel itself was beautiful.
