Great room friendly people.
The room was great very spacious and just what a family needs. The down side was depending what cleaner was on, on the day it was noticeably different. Also the breakfast service was not great. States 7-11 but even if you go down at 9.50am they are clearing it away, no cooked breakfast only if you make your eggs yourself. And the variety was not great. Nothing was kept topped up. I would definitely not rate it at a 4 star.

The aircon wasn't powerful enough to cool all the rooms leaving ours quite warm which isn’t great with kids. Service was good and no complaints otherwise

Nice place family friendly has microwave and fridge in room except for water odor in hallway probably hallway carpet got flooded they should put a fan in the hallway to dry it out

Generally okay
The staff were helpful. We had not appreciated how far the hotel was from the city centre. The room was a tad basic with the tiniest toilet but nonetheless was a okay place for us to crash after a long day of sightseeing in the Paris heatwave. The showers are great.

overall pleasant
It was all good, helpful staff, great location, 5 minutes from train station. It had secure underground parking which was a big reason to book this hotel. Although the checkin was a bit of pain and the room wasn't ready even when we checked in at 6pm. Other than that, everything else was comfortable and as expected.

The breakfast at this Novotel is really poor. It claims to serve a buffet breakfast, but all you get is a selection of cold slices of ham, chicken and cheese, yogurt, two selection of cereal, pastries and boiled eggs. There are NO scrambled or fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, tomatoes, fried eggs, No toaster and so on. There is no view from the hotel, very basic gym and so on

Fantastic experience
The hotel is fantastic. I will definitely recommend this hotel. The food was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. My kids felt at home at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful right from check in. They helped us plan our days in Paris. The breakfast was more than we expected. There were a lot of options to select from. The room was a little tight for 4 people, but if we're there only to sleep, so it served its purpose. The train was walking distance and easily accessible to get to downtown Paris. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel, and will definitely go back if we make a trip to Paris again.

Best hotel for a family or a group of friends
It’s was a very late check in for me spent 11 hours only but very convenient for a sleep over in Paris not too far from central Paris. Clean & comfortable and Parking is opposite the Hôtel.

Pleasant hotel in easy walking distance of station
The hotel is pleasant and the staff were helpful. Good French-style breakfast and WiFi are included. Location is in safe area and within 5 minutes' walk of Reuil RER station. Price is reasonable.

Great modern hotel. Nice size rooms, modern and clean. A bit far out from Paris so using Uber or train is necessary. Train about 10 min walk away. No real close restaurants however I did see many hotel guest order food for delivery. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable and speaks good English. they did charge me for three nights even though we stay for two, so I'm still waiting to get that refund. But overall great place I will not hesitate to stay again

Great place, close to Paris by RER train. Stayed two nights the hotel is good for families. Just need to mention RER trains don't accept the 1.90 euro tickets.

Nice Hotel
Hotel is nice. It is little far from all the attractions, but metro is 5 min walk and it takes you about 30-45 min to see major attractions. Kids eat for free and there is a grocery store around the corner. Breakfast is good. 15 Euros seem high until you see prices in Paris. What I liked the most is how quiet this place is! All in all this place is excellent for families.

Novotel good bargain
This hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the metro station. We purchased unlimted metro passes for 7 days and so the location was great, especially for the low cost of the hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but not too many restaurant options within waking distance. This wasnt really a negative due to the ease of accessing the metro. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with any request and all front desk staff spoke English. When we arrived it was Christmas day and most restaurants were closed. They actually called for us to order our pizza and stood right there while the delivery driver handled our transaction to be sure we had no problems. This is a great hotel if you need a hotel room and a place to sleep. TV was good but we only watched CNN in English. Didn't channell surf at all. Hotel doesn't have too many amenities but it has basic snacks and beverages for sale. We arrived an hour or so before our room was ready for check in. Front desk gave us free beers and snacks while we waited. Staff expedited getting our room ready. I would stay there again although I might look for a room more central to the center of Paris on next trip. For the money it is a great deal.
