“Wish the room had been in the heart of Paris, would love to have stayed longer!”
Could not be more happy with the awesome room we had, it was huge, which we needed in order to unpack and repack before the flight home. Far exceeded my expectation for an airport hotel. Nice bar, and it was OK to take our drinks to the room. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Super clean room, and comfy bed, separate toilet, separate bath and shower. English speaking TV channels, and free movies, no strings!. Check-in was fast, friendly and easy, staff very friendly. Easy to pull in front to unload the car. It was a really great value, and I highly recommend .
“good hotel - confusing to catch shuttle”
This hotel is very good for those needing to catch a flight out in the morning. We had a little trouble getting to it because of the way we arrived in Paris. We took the train to CDG and from there you need to catch the 'Black Bus' with the name of your hotel in it's marque. This was confusing even for the French people there waiting for the bus. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but it would have been nice if we were somehow told how this worked.
“Excellent hotel”
Previous issues about catching the shuttle from CDG have been resolved. Signage in the airport directs you where to go to catch the shuttle bus for all hotels. No problems getting the right shuttle. It does stop at Novotel Hotel first so be sure to stay on until you get to Suite Novotel. The room was great, super spacious, and clean. The other issues about getting a wakeup call has also been resolved; you can program your tv to turn on at a specific time. I plan on trying other Novotel's in other locations. This one was very convenient on all counts and an overall excellent stay!
“Very convenient for CDG”
This hotel was just what we needed - close to Charles de Gaulle airport and served by a free shuttle bus. Good service and a very good price for Paris. We were pleasantly surprised at the cool room design (kind of modular and space-station-like, with sliding room dividers). The location was nice, right in the village of Roissy-en-France and an easy walk from a playground for our daughter and a good selection of restaurants. (Unfortunately, we had to go to another hotel to find a restaurant serving food between lunch and dinner time - but still, not a long walk.) I'd recommend this for an arrival or departure day where you want to be close to the airport, but probably not for actually visiting Paris.
“Suite Novotel”
Excellent service and room. Very helpful and friendly at both Suite Novotels. I wish I got there earlier to make more use of the free internet and a bath! Only surprise was there was one milk and 4 satchets of tea and coffee so milkless for the others.
“Great airport hotel”
This is a great hotel if you need something near the airport. The room was modern and comfortable. Double windows made the room very quiet, even though it is only a couple miles from the airport. Rates include free airport suttle.
“Perfect for airport layover”
The Roissy Suite Novotol had a very large room with a microwave and fridge and table and chairs. The toilet was separate from shower and all bath facitlies were large and sparkling. Both a tub and a shower. The bed was most comfortable. A big plus after 23 days in France, they have free selectable English movies. Free shuttle bus service to/from CDG is provided. While there is a bar in hotel, ther is no food service other then a vendomat BUT the front desk will provide a map of the local area and there is a nice village with pubs, restaurants and pizza store within an easy 15 minute walk. We just needed a convenient inexpensive nearby hotel to layover for the night for our flight back to USA and this was perfect.
“roomy and convenient to airport”
The room was very spacious with microwave and fridge. Bathroom had tub and huge shower. The shuttle to and from airport was convenient - but you need to know what to look for. Navette Accord Hotels allee des vergers. Shuttle driver was wonderful - I left my backpack in the bus when I got off at the airport. I waited for the next shuttle and he called my driver who came back with my bag!!! The hotel is near the tiny village of Roissy, but there is not much there...and everything is closed on Monday. The only place to eat is at other hotels which are very pricey. There are some things available in the lobby for heating in microwave. Or go to town to the little epicerie and get something to eat in the room.

Except for hassle of shuttle bus, excellent location to relax after flight to FR, or night before leaving.
“Most impressed”
i was most impressed despite having been dropped off at the wrong Novotel - the drivers of the shuttle buses are not very helpful and more often than not quite disinterested. The hotel itself was spotless, efficient and the room was comfortable and spacious. The manager in the morning was helpful and friendly - not often the case in France. The shuttle bus was on time. No problems were experienced and I will certainly book myself into this hotel again.
